Last couple days I have been feeling a little rough. Knees hurting, and may have a slight tendon/elbow injury. This is probably due to practicing softball (season here just started) and I tend to push myself hard because I don't like to lose. Lol. I almost skipped the gym today but decided to go for it, although carefully so not to exacerbate anything. Funny thing is about 20 minutes after dosing JP8x and NOS Ether, pain was not bothering me at all. So I rocked a chest/delt workout, did have to lower weight a bit for some exercises as the elbow started flaring up into the workout. I was also pretty low on reserves, Workout was fasted. I actually had a funnel ready for post workout with eaas, 1 scoop NOS Ether, 60 grams of carbs and some ashwagandha. I ended up starting to drink that about 20 minutes into the workout as I just felt low on fuel. That intra-workout method definitely helped big time. I also rested less between all sets, most were about 60 seconds of rest, some 30, and some just long enough to drop the weight for a big ol' drop set.

Hammer strength chest press:
180 x 17, 270 x 9, 340 x 8 *** did a little less of a warmup this time around

Hammer incline press:
270 x 4, 230 x 8, 180 x 11, 140 x 16, 90 x 18 *** Lowered weight but added more volume

Machine flyes: Used a different style machine today that had a very different feel. Elbow started acting up on the first set so lower weight, more volume
135 x 5, 105 x 12, 90 x 12, 75 x 11

Hammer shoulder press:
180 x 5, 160 x 4, 140 x 7, 90 x 9 *** again, lower weight + more volume, 30 seconds rest between sets

Machine shoulder raises:
120. X 12, 100 x 12, 80 x 14, 60 x 18 *** little to no rest between sets

Dips:
Did 21 reps with bodyweight, rest a few seconds then 7 more reps, repeat for 8 reps, repeat for 10 reps (guess my cns kicked in to overdrive?) then 7 more. My elbow doesn't like me anymore

Did no isolated tricep work to give my elbow a little break.

NOS Ether is the bomb for intra and post workout recovery. The adaptogens and everything else make for a badass recovery. Great energy too, I could totally use it for late night-stim free workouts. On top of JP8x it is really a killer combo. These are so much more than just your typical pre-workout/creatine supplements. Seriously way ahead of the game.

No pics for you guys today but I will be sure to take some next go-round.

Hell yeah. My elbow and knees would appreciate it :dead1:
Its called DIESEL Joints (Relieve). That one is for immediate relieve. The formula is done, just had set back with this protein behing
and E2-X was a month late. I'll have it out by thanksgiving...or so.

Later I also will do a DIESEL Joints (maintenance) with your typical Chondrotin, etc.

I used to be one of those guys that never had an issue, and if I did it was minor. I used to look at all the joint supps and think- Eh waste of money. Now, humbled at 35 years old, I am thinking it might be necessary.

Right now I'd be all over the DIESEL Joints (Relieve) for sure. My DIESEL'D up muscles are getting stronger and the joints can't keep up.

Yeah, I home brew it now. I use to take a lot of glucsamine and all that but as I get older, I take it because its better than nothing, but used 2 end
up taking aspring or someting post workout for relieve. Also Im allergic to shell fish and one of those comes from shell fish (glucosamine or condrotin)

I never felt joint pain until like 10 yrs ago when I started Judo..OMFing G O D! gripping thick ass Gis for hours 4x a week will have your joints screaming (in your hands).

Nice leg workout you had a few postings up and I train in my home gym and when I go to a commercial gym
for a workout which I did last week for a few days while I was having some work done on my floors it amazes me
how much lighter the leg machine weights feel compared to my plate loaded attachments that I have for my legs.
I could never do the same amount of weight that I do on the machines in the gym with my plate loaded attachments
it just feels SO MUCH heavier.

Good to see that the JP8X HC and the Either are doing well for you and the stack seems like they are working well together.

Thanks TP! Plate loaded attachments always seem heavier. When I use machines (which I primarily am right now, partly due to training alone) I always try to go for the hammer strength plate loaders instead of the rack with pin machines. It's funny, I use the rack/pin machines every once in a while and it's a totally different feel. Switch to plates and you have to lower the weight usually.

My rear delts look like they have baseballs under my skin

Had a qui9ck, but very effective workout with JP8x and NOS Ether today. Thanks to NurseGray, I upped the dose a little with JP8x today to 1.5 scoops. Talk about feeling revved up and STRONG. I was ready to rock. Threw on some headphones and tore it up!

Unfortunately, I had tolower the weight slightly but went for a lot more volume. My elbow is telling me to give it a chance to heal a little before breaking more big poundage PR's atm. All sets were performed with VERY little rest between, no more than 45 seconds throughout the entire workout. Most drop-sets the only rest performed was while lowering the weight. I felt JP8x and NOS Ether were ideal in this situation.

Lat pull down
150 x 24
135 x 20
120 x 18

Chins (30 sec rest)
12
9
12 **assisted by 60lbs
10 **assisted by 60lbs

Hammer lateral high row (little to no rest)
140 x 18
110 x 16
90 x 21

Seated cable rows
120 x 15

seated row machine
135 x 15
135 x 11

Machine rear delt flye (no rest between)
90 x 20
75 x 14
60 x 11

Ez bar curls
40 x 30
* 1 all-out set with strict form + squeeze at peak contraction = Brutal pump

I was getting a few looks at the gym today. I was huffing, puffing and growling lol. The veins were POPPIN'. With such a quick workout and little rest between sets, I probably looked like a madman.

1 scoop NOS Ether post with 20 grams eaas and 40 grams carbs makes for such an amazing recovery from workout. I'd normally be spent and crashing after that kind of intensity but I was good to go! I easily could have stayed ath the gym longer if I didn't have to go to work. I have to be sharp and constantly moving at work so NOS Ether is a godsend in that aspect. Makes you feel just damn good too!

As long as my joints recover and I believe they will just fine, I will be going back to a strength gaining style workout soon.

Sometimes i have those JP8x days where im in there like a savage also! It use 2 come from 1 3/4 scoops but i took 2 weeks off this summer frm stims and test boosters..now 1.25 scoops and 3/4 ether does it for me.
I know its not placebo bc it kicks in like after warm up cardio and halfway through warm up sets. Then i feel like switching to my Mobb Deep playlist. Haha.

I've always been somewhat lean, unless on an all-out bulk. I've gotten to know my body so well over the years I know what works for me and what doesn't. I don't even follow a real plan anymore, I'll eat like I'm on a bulk for a few days, then eat super clean for a little while, so in a way I'm cycling carbs and fats but not with any set plan. When I get to lower % body fat the veins start popping out everywhere. And GET Diesel is definitely helping in that department as well lol.
sounds like my 'plan', lol!!!

Great leg workout today at a different gym. I went to a little gym near me my friend goes to and it was crazy busy so i could not do exactly what I wanted to, but it was still a helluva workout. Keeping an eye on the knees, but they felt pretty good so I pushed it hard. Had to use a seated hack squat machine though (which I am not really a fan of) because the gym was crowded and I was short on time, as usual.

1 scoop JP8x hardcore and 1 scoop NOS Ether 20 minutes before. I would have done 1.5 scoops JP8x, but already had some caffeine in me and didn't want to overdo it.

Almost died on my way to the gym but more on that later..

Standing calf raises
175 x 20
215 x 14
235 x 9
255 x 7
255 x 8 *** all #'s are up

Lifestyle leg press machine
215 x 20
275 x 20
335 x 20
395 x 12
395 x 9 ****395 was the max weight on the machine unfortunately

seated leg curls
130 x 19
160 x 13
190 x 8 *** I prefer lying leg curls but this is all they had. Note the big difference in weight. Much easier than lying down

Leg extension
175 x 19
190 x 14
205 x 13 ****being on a different machine again made a big difference, was able to lift much higher weight

No seated calf machine unfortunately

Yeah I didn't like the selection at this overcrowded gym.

1 scoop NOS Ether with 20 grams eaas and 60 grams of carbs post-workout

Felt great, getting stronger every workout! This combo is badass.

As to my close call, I was driving to the gym and was changing lanes as the car in front of me hit the brakes and the car behind me sped up to pass me when he saw that I was going into the other lane. I was going about 60 mph and veered back into my original lane as the guy behind me was moving way too fast. I was about 5 mph over myself but this guy was ridiculous. When I veered I went too hard too fast and started to spin, ended up doing a full 180 at 60 mph, and trying to regain control, ended up spinning right back to the right direction. I missed the car in front of me by INCHES while spinning. Needless to say I was a little shaken up. I pulled over real quick, nobody stopped or anything. Couldn't believe what just happened. I honestly think my quick reflexes and bmw's road hugging abilities saved my ass. I thanked jesus, thanked bmw, and then went to the gym to kick ass. :)

Thanks guys, it was an intense few seconds. The JP8x and NOS Ether were probably a help in my quick reactions. I'm just happy nobody was hurt. One thing I noticed, I was pretty calm considering the circumstance immediately after. I think the adaptogens in the combo help you deal with stress big time.

Abbie Normal workout

There was nothing normal about my workout tonight. I had to go to a 24 hr gym that I had not been to in a while, didn't take any JP8x hardcore due to working out so late, worked out after work (about 12:30 AM) Didn't have my headphones either. So, I did not have my ducks in a row at all, lol. I had planned on working out this afternoon but time wasn't there, so I just took what I had in my gym bag straight from work to the gym. I did have a scoop of NOS Ether in a funnel with my shaker so I drank that right before my workout. I was tired from the day I guess, just not feeling it. Not having JPx beforehand probably did make a difference as well.

Also, on totally different machines with totally different feel so I'm sure that has something to do with the difference in numbers.

Smith machine barbell press: (60-120 seconds between sets)
90 x 17, 180 x 9, 230 x 1, 180 x 3, 90 x 9 (I felt weeeaaaak)

Machine incline press: (60-120 seconds between sets)
180 x 13, 140 x 12, 140 x 15, 90 x 18

Machine flyes:
165 x 11, 145 x 8, 130 x 8, 100 x 9 (little to no rest between sets)

Machine shoulder press:
180 x 4, 160 x 6, 140 x 7, 90 x 11

Dumbell lateral raise (45 second rest between sets)
25's x 16, 30's x 10, 30's x 8, 25's x 8

Dips: * had to rig 2 bars on the squat rack using plates to hold in place, felt awkward as hell lol
16, 12, 10, 8

I was feeling kinda shot so called it here. This workout was a bit of a fluke, but I'm glad I got it done.

*** I think that my next chest/shoulder workout will look much much better as I will be more prepared and do it at a more optimal time of day.

No NOS Ether or eaas after, took me about 45 minutes to get home and I was starving so I picked up some Whataburger on the way home. Got myself a cookie and a milkshake too, because I fkn felt like3 it, lol.

Tomorrow I have softball practice and promised to take the lady riding on some tough trails on the bikes after, so am gonna utilize the combo during the very active day to keep peak performance.

Working.jpg

I never see this at my gym lol. Probably a good thing, I'd get too distracted.

Softball in the morning for an houand a half fasted with one scoop NOS Ether beforehand went great. Had tons of energy, but damn was it hot outside.

After that took a scoop of JP8x hardcore before hitting a bunch of trails on mountain bikes with the lady. She had to keep yelling at me for wanting to go too hard too fast lol. It was crazy hot, so we sweat buckets. I felt like I could have gone up a mountain no problem. Endless energy but my quads were on the verge of being painful pumped. Girlfriend commented on the excessive veinage in my legs and shoulders a few times.

Awesome day, these supps are amazing for performance.

It is. Great workout too, but we don't really have any mountains here in Florida. Here is a pic I snapped on one of the trails:

I just booked a cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Georgia/Tennessee for a few days next weekend for my girl's birthday. We may try the bikes on some real mountains while we are there between all the hiking and climbing. And JP8x and NOS Ether will be coming along too :)
