Recommend me a Vanilla protien

Can someone help me find a tasty vanilla protien powder with a good profile that actually tastes like vanilla? I would prefer a blend but it not so important.

I like to mix my shakes with fruits and berries and if the powder not tasting like plain vanilla it can make a really tasty refreshing shake taste really bad :(

I'm not usually complaining about taste but when diet is restricted a good protien shake is something to look forward to.

personally syntha -6 vanilla tastes really good and it has a blend of whey and casein and others. or ingredient and tastes wise you could try pes's select blondie.
 
Usplabs' Modern protein vanilla is pretty legit. I was missing it for awhile after they discontinued OEP but they did pretty amazing with this one too

USP Modern Vanilla was the first plain vanilla protein I've tried in years. It's really good.

I almost always go with different flavors (e.g. I'm drinking Thin Mint flavored Yo Whey right now and it's high on the carbs/sugar, but as a snack, it tastes dead on to the cookies) and very rarely go with a plain vanilla or chocolate anymore.
 
USP Modern for me for a blend, Cor Whey and Animal Whey for straight whey.

I did sample the Quest Nutrition Vanilla today. It is also a blend, it was very rich, but I would not pay the price I saw when they first launched.
 
If flavor is a priority, Syntha 6 is hard to beat.
 
Modern Protein Vanilla is way too tasty. I went threw it way too fast. Usp Labs best Vanilla ever!. Stuff is addicting. I like vanilla proteins and have tried a ton of different ones. Got a sample of ON Casein vanilla. Tasted like chemicals, not even close to Modern. It was like a joke after having the Modern Protein Vanilla.
 
I already wanted to try Modern Protein so that's a good that the Vanilla is good :)

Synths 6 taste amazing but unfortunately the profile is not great :(
 
USPlabs vanilla is always tasty - havent tried modern yet but the oxy was so good I bet this one tastes good too

This I haven't had a vanilla protein in ages last one I used was oxy elite vanilla ice cream stuff was fantastic. Stuck on select but I'm tempted to try moderns vanilla eventually

The best was OxyElite protein but the new Modern is a close second.

I'm guessing the type of blend gives it a slightly different flavor.
 
XF UP2.0 French Vanilla is my favorite. Dymatize Iso-100 Bd cake and Elite Whey Vanilla Cake are awesome if you like vanilla cake batter type flavors.

I know a girl that loves cooking with protein & loves trying new flavors for her shakes. She's an instructor at Orangetheory fitness & we're always comparing various proteins that we've tried. If it's possible I'd definitely give her a sample & get her to provide feedback.

There are some girly boys here who love putting on an apron and getting in the kitchen....Anyway, interesting way to try and get some free protein!.

I love my vanilla but it is hard to find a really good one.

I've tried about 15 that I can remember, and likely more that I can't remember. Admittedly, I have not had the chance to try USP's protein but I've seen some good feedback.

So far, Syntha-6 is at the top out of what I've had.
 
I haven't tried the four pound version. Let me tell you I'm a little skeptical it tastes the same. Plus I know this crackhead down the street that loves to "cook" his protein.
 
I know they don't get any love around here (and I understand), but trutein's vanilla is my current favorite. It actually tastes like legit vanilla bean, not some synthetic french-vanilla like most proteins.

Now, that said, I'm curious how those who've had modern protein would describe its flavor. What type of vanilla is it?

Tastes like vanilla ice cream if you mix it with whole milk.
 
Really liked the oxy elite vanilla but have yet to try modern, I'm sure it's great if oxy was any indication. Syntha 6 vanilla tastes great, I've tried a bunch as I'm more of a vanilla guy but those are the only two that really stick out. Currently enjoying snickerdoodle from PES

As for vanilla protein, it's one of thr harder flavors for companies to nail for some reason. I find most proteins in general to be way too sweet (USP, trutein, Select) for my taste. Vanilla is a no-go because I have yet to find one thst it bearable on a weekly basis the drink. I don't mind richness, but the excessive sweeteners typically leave a bad aftertaste and flavor in my mouth.

I think the updated version has the creamer and MCT oil added. The updated version is terrible from what I've read. I had the OG formula and it is amazing. I have stayed away since the update though.

I get free protein everyday. I work at a retail store & get samples all the time. Just wanted to be able to hand her a sample packet of the Modern protein if they even make a sample packet.

I haven't had Trutein in years, but I loved it (only went with the choc PB and choc SB flavors, though).

I honestly don't buy plain flavors like vanilla anymore, so Modern was one of the first I'd had in a while and it tasted really good even just in water. The chocolate isnt bad by any means, but it made me realize just how good the vanilla was.
