A RAD sponsored log feat. Olympus UK's Radar1ne

what can you tell us about RAD so far in your experience brother?

Great glycogen retention almost immediately. Stay looking full all day. Translates well into solid workouts with great pump and endurance. Every vein in my body seems to be full and firm as well. Even the ones in my head. Usually this happens with high bp, but that is not the case here at all. I can already see growth in my arms, upper middle chest, and quads. I am bouncing between 5-7 pounds gained in 13 days with maybe a pound of fat. Very little to none. Feel strong and confident. Weights are moving easy as well.

Zero sides to speak of. Someone mentioned sleeping better and I hadn't thought of that until they mentioned it, but I've been sleeping great as well.

Very happy so far. I look forward to the mornings man, because all I want to do is be in the gym.

I get that balloon animal look when in the gym too, similar to how Tren does me. After about 3 sets I look like a totally different monster. Too bad that doesn't stick around all day. Traps get monster huge!!!

When I bump the RAD to 16mg in a month or so, I will probably bump the Test to 350-400 or so as well to finish strong and get the most out of the run. Since after this it will be cruise dose of Test for a while.

Sounds like a good compound for sure. I am looking forward to running RAD in 2016. I still have an LGD/Pmag run scheduled for this winter so maybe I will run RAD for next summer's recomp..stacked with something good or run before hand.

Have you run LGD before? I'm curious as to how the two contrast.

In regards to bumping your test up at the end of the run, I hope you are more than happy with your gains by the time that this would happen. Selfishly I'm hoping that you decide to keep your baseline test doasage @250. At then end of the day the gainz is the most important thing so you gotta do what you gotta do. I'll respect your opinion either way.

Looking great man, RAD is definitely doing your body GOOOD!!! Haha

This is an amazing log, definitely subbed. Been looking at a lot of the OL UK products lately. Have a feeling they will be taking my money very soon. LOL

If you got any questions on anything my man, feel free to hit me up :)

I'll just leave these here....

I have plan on running some LGD after I finish my tren, kind of like how he is running his RAD. Should be interesting.
Pmag and halo will always have a special place in my heart gahaha.

I have not run LGD yet, but have a bottle of OL UK MASS GH which is LGD/MK-677 together. Plan on running it at the first of the year. So I am also curious and excited to find out how the 2 compare. It seems I may have to use a cycle support for the LGD, as many experience high BP.

Haha so it should :) nothing worse than striking an epic pose as a work colleague walks in... It quickly turns from a pose to a stretch ;)

Foam Rolling is amazing. From my calves up to the traps felt so freaking good. Combined with 10 minutes of just stretching, it was so nice after the weights this morning. Focused on stretching and opening up the chest, triceps and delts. Broke as good of a sweat doing that as I would doing cardio. And it somehow rejuvinated me to hit the jump rope like a champ afterward.

The Anabolic Condition is a funny thing. Eat 4100 calories 2 days in a row and lose 3 pounds from 2 mornings ago!!

Great session...

Incline DB Press x 10
Skullcrushers / DB Side Laterals Super Set x 6 (this is a great pairing)
1 Arm Smith Incline Press x 3
Behind Neck BB Shoulder Press / DB Front Raises Super Set x 5

Foam Rolling and Stretching 10 minutes

Jump Rope / Speed Bag 10 minutes

This is a great little move to really isolate the upper chest and front delt.

Some sick Gutteral Groove Slam for the pump this morning

She got back last night. It's more work when she's gone, Daddy Day Care at my house!! No cake walk LOL

I bet. I would never take my wife for granted, but when she is away for any length of time I do realise how much she does for our family.

Now with that being said, she took the girls to San Diego to visit her sister a few months ago leaving the house to only me and the 19 year old son...now THAT was a relaxing 3 days.

She is my P.I.C. though, I miss her after a few.

You're old enough to have a 19 year old? I thought you were my age.

Jesus. I take a day of from keeping up on logs and it's like reading a novel catching up. Looking frigging good in your business casual D.

Is weight fluctuating or just steady Gain since the 12mg?

Fluctuating between 216-219. My total cals the last 5 days has been: 3527, 4193, 4131, 4042, 4012. And pretty sure I forgot to log my snack before bed on Sunday for that total.

If after another week I am still in this range right here, I will up cal goal to 42-4300 or so.

4000 seems to be a recomp in my current state, which is cool. But I'm running this to put on size before I chill for a few months. It is undeniable though the changes it has made in the few areas I've stated, arms, chest and legs.

Something I really want to make a difference on though is the separation between my triceps and rear delts. And if that takes feeding to grow while focusing on those muscles then that's what I have to do. I have good tricep definition, but I need it to grow outwardly to cause that separation.

I'm 37. So my first was pretty early. But yeah, talk about crazy, I have a sophomore in college and a daughter in diapers!!! With a couple in between.

Total DILF!!!

this is a huge weak point for me as well... what exercises are you using to attack this goal?

Skullcrushers for volume. Kickbacks, weighted dips...everything freaking Triceps. Need to do more reverse grip.

For Rear Delts (which have come a long way this year) I hit reverse flies at multiple angles for volume and heavy. Started doing DB Upright Rows which allows for a further contraction of the rear delt than with a BB. Facepulls, you name it

I have gotten some nice formation on the rear delt, and a good ball, it just needs to freaking separate from the tricep for god sake!!!

I'm going to go ahead and whore myself out here too since Dma said it was cool as well! Lol

I'm not much of a food porn guy, I usually devour my food before I get the chance to even think about eating it. So it will never be as cool of a log as this one lol

I've heard such recommendations before, and while I very much appreciate the advice, I've found that putting that into practice has actually not worked as desired. Even if I modulate my calories, and lower them to compensate for less cardio, my body still start to put on ever increasing weight. There is something about being obese, and 150lbs overweight, that really affects the way your body responds to things. I have personally found that heavy compound lifting was the biggest thing for my body composition, but well-timed liss still made an impact that was noticeable. As I increase HIIT I think I can, and probably should, decrease my LISS. But having dealt with a series of joint and tendon issues in the past, its been hard to build up to the point where intensity can overtake frequency/duration. But decreasing calories to compensate for less LISS leaves me eating very very little, and the lethargy leads to poor performance in both cardio and resistance training. My metabolism is 'recovering' as it were, and I hold out hope that one day I can lower my LISS cardio, increase my HIIT cardio, be relatively pain and injury free, and attain my goals. And again, I appreciate you taking the time to post, MrKleen!

I can already tell the difference in my back just from the 10 minutes of stretching this morning. It's just trying to convince my big dumb brain to take time away from making GAINZZZ to stretch.
Well at least convince it that the stretching actually helps make room for growth.
One thing I've been trying to work on is being able to Palm the ground were instead of touching your toes you spread your feet apart and place your palms on the ground , hard **** haha

Super easy! I've been doing that since I was young. You get the most amazing hamstring stretch with your feet together. :D
You don't count, you are female and automatically more flexible by nature. LOL! Agreed on the feet together. I can only get the front of my palm on the floor with feet together right now. My palms almost touch and I can make them touch with a dynamic stretch added in but am about 1/2 shy of getting my palm to touch down by my thumb.
I could easily do this like 6 months ago. I mean I have added 25 pounds of mass since March. Flexibility disappeared in that time. My avi pic was 30 pounds ago!!! That was from November. 187 pounds...sitting 217 this morning.
Yes it makes a huge difference!
A little Deathcore / Electronica...interesting.
I like the sound of it. I love the mixes of genres as long as they are done intensely! Like this one.

No doubt, taking a spouse for granted is an easy way to end up single.

Support the homie!!

I used to love Punk Goes Pop a few years ago.. Lol

I'm more of a country music person and rap while working out. You all would probably hate the music I listen to. Lol

This is a great little move to really isolate the upper chest and front delt.

One of my favorite moves is an incline cable crossover press. It really smokes the center of the chest and gives great muscle separation top to bottom. That and the wide angle plate loading chest press w/ fat gripz on the handles...the stretch and pump is unreal.

Yep basically the same things I've been chipping away with. I've seen progress as well but really am starting to think there's a serious genetic factor to things like this. I see guys (not to be stereotypical, but mostly black guys) that do no work and have amazing separation.

I think black guys come out of the womb shredded. Lol

That would be me, sir! It's noticeable, because I usually get poor sleep. Last night, slept great! Every night since the first dosage actually.

I enjoy The Browning, they aren't half bad! Bloodlust and Time Will Tell are on my lifting playlist.

Slammmm, sick track. I gotta ask, you seem to like obscure stuff. Ever listen to Demilich? The vocals are strange as hell, but I found them way back when, and I like it.

Jesus. I take a day of from keeping up on logs and it's like reading a novel catching up. Looking frigging good in your business casual D.

Tell me about it, bro! I've been reading my ass off! lol

I have the one and only Demilich album. Very frog gurgly vocals. But cool technical riffs and poor production. Love it. Not my favorite style, but great.

Couple vocals that are similar today are Twitch of the Death Nerve and Septycal Gorge.

I love the obscurest of the obscure. You have no idea how deep my death metal knowledge goes.

One of my few complaints about my gym is that the cables and benches are on opposite sides of the gym, with all the cardio equipment in between. Hard setup to explain, but to get a bench to the cable stations would be more work than it's worth.

Hastur as someone who knows metal and death metal, you know that there are several layers, styles, levels of it. And while I do like some Slam as posted above, I know it is of lower talent lyrically and of musicianship than my preferred genre of Technical Brutal Death Metal. Which is top of the food-chain musicianship and with generally intelligent concepts, whether you can understand them or not. Here is my favorite band, with all my top faves following in style similar to this.

Ok I don't know what u think about it but I've been on rad solo for a little over a week, just bumped to 8mg yesterday, I'm not sure if it's placebo or something but I feel unstoppable in the gym, seriously I hope this is the rad I'm feeling
YouBet33 It would be cool to see you log your solo RAD run

Looking like you could be Joe Rogan's big brother! Nice work and great log. I've been reading it on my phone at work and finally am getting around to commenting
