There are 2 conspiracy theories as to why GW research was discontinued...

Theory 1: Had something to to with WADA and this being used by athletes for performance enhancement.

The more likely reason...profit.

Theory 2: GW was being research to help with Cholesterol levels. It had such a profound effect on both
lowering bad cholesterol and raising good Cholesterol, GSK (the manufacturer), decided to stop research
because this was just too effective. It had a permanent effect on cholesterol levels. Drug companies are
looking to drugs that people need to take the rest of their lives. This would have cut into profit margins of
other cholesterol drugs that they already sell, and people take daily forever.
 
Looks like this is treating you well. Question on this compound was there any more research done about the cancer causing effects ? I Know WADA also issued a warning in regards to this and big Pharma stopped researching it.

So was wondering if new research was done on this as i would like to try it but not risking cancer

WADA is scared of its own shadow at this point. They have banned it because of the EPO like effect I can guarantee it. There are human studies showing no cancer but if you can scare athletes away from it...why wouldn't wada?

There is a study that destroys the cancer hype but I'll save it for a reference in my write up.
 
Yeah...my endurance is climbing and that just makes me look more forward to the gym. I walk in there like super man and walk out the same. Usually I'm tuckered out from the workout but the endurance is here finally. Small update but still. I can't express enough about how enjoyable this run has been in only 2 weeks (in the 3rd week now). It hits you right in the face. All the sudden I'm up to level 12 on the resistance for 10 mins on the bike and feeling ready for more. Next week will be 12.5 and it may just keep climbing.
 
I'm on 20mg now this week.
 
I will be having a refeed every 9 days starting week 5 (next week ) of my cut and week 3 of gw.

400 calorie refeed all carbs. Fat will be low ,carbs will be high and protien will be reduced to 1g per lb on that day. Doesn't matter if it's on leg day or rest day.

I am starting to notice a difference in body composition and my wife is too. The composition change is happening rather fast. Gw must have something to do with that. I've seen other logs where people claim to not lose weight but lose bodyfat. On another forum there's even a dexa scan.
 
I just started my second week of C&P GW today and can't wait for the endurance and/or EPO effects to kick in.

225.0 this morning!

That's a 2.1 lb loss from last week. Almost a kilo.

I'm also changing my mind on the refeed. I'll have a refeed and start implementing them when I hit 220 or under. Still enjoying the ride.

Pounds lost in total from my starting weight of 229 is 4lbs. That's almost 2 kilos.

I don't know my "lean" weight. I will probably be around 200 or 205 as stated in the first post. Finally in the over 200 lean club.

Although I'm 6'5 so that's kinda cheating haha

I know it's slow but I'm the turtle and bunny kinda guy. Slow and steady is more enjoyable!

Also my pin squats are progressing rather fast. Movement being mastered. 255x6 now for slow pin squats.
 
What's a pin squat?

Squating to the pins, pause and explode.

The bar may be "resting " but your keeping your core and lower back nice and tight.

It's hard. My regular low bar squat 1rm is 400+ but I can only push 255x6 on pin squats. That should tell you the difficulty.
 
Also folks...nagging injury peaking it's head. Refeed will have to be today so I can do some pulling tomorrow. Those of you who know me...my grip strength and forearm strenght is not the best. So....forearms gave out today. Had to dust off the straps for deads today. Pride hurt lol.

Also picking up something from academy I should have years ago. Will be using on a mobility day which will replace Sundays cardio day. ****ing sucks getting older and having to do pus mobility, flexibility and grip work.

I've been dealing with tennis elbow in my left forearm which affects my grip. Pronated pulling and curls aggravate it, so I avoid those movements. Neutral grip rows, and chin ups instead of pull ups. Always use straps for deadlifts, as just gripping that much weight can flare it up. As long as I'm careful, I can continue lifting without making it worse, and letting it heal ever so slowly.

No joke, 3 weeks on MK677 and I barely feel it anymore.

That's due to the tendon healing effects.

I'm going to bring up my grip strength naturally and I may pick up some mk677 soon. Maybe a pyrobulk log soon after this mofo.
 
Forearm feeling much better after sleeping through the pain. I will however still be using straps today for my pulling movements. I got a wussy package of resistance bands yesterday and a grip trainer from academy. I will replace sunday with a mobility,grip and light cardio day.

I will be using the bands for mobility work. I like using them instead of a broom stick for shoulder flexibility plus ...easy storage. Me and the wife are in an appartment so...yeah. Can't have my dream of a home gym just yet.

Down to 224.4 that's a .6 lb loss from last week. It was also my 400 calorie refeed week so...yeah. Endurance is way up. I can actually stand getting on the resistance bike after a leg workout. That's actually pretty impressive to me. Small update but here's a rant to go with it.

I'm pulling 370 on deads at the moment for 6. I got heckled by an 80 year old personal trainer that looks like complete garbage. He asked me what dropping the weights has to do with getting fit.

I responded I was not dropping weight but I will lower by 5 lbs. I almost pointed him to the womens weight room but I was very understanding. Anyone who knows me knows I control the weight all the way through the movement but my gym does not have a designated spot for deads.

So after getting my ass talked to by the maintenance man at the gym telling me "You don't drop weights here, this is not a cross fit gym. Go somewhere else if you do that again" I decided today to go ahead and "test" my noise level. I took my headphones off and lifted like usual. It sounded like weights, not a base drum. It was fine. The only problem is the old oly barbell and the weights clanging. Nothing that was a cause for concern.

I also noticed the 80 year old trainer was rather grumpy coming in. I think the guy was just having a bad day and I rubbed him the wrong way but that leads me to a question.

I control the bar throughout the entire bar path. I know what I can handle and I've only "tested" my deadlift once which I will never do again because the deadlift is too complicated to test often without having a higher risk/reward ratio (imo) so...I'm doing it with near perfect form.

Have you ever had a problem preforming a perfect form deadlift in your gym? I unfortunately am at a "fitness center" and damn near the strongest guy in there. I was not making extra noise but I will from now on grab a couple of yoga mats and place them under the plates. I even asked other people training if it was "too loud" and they looked shocked when I told them about the whole ordeal.I even asked the manager. First time in 2 years I've been at this location and something like this happened. I'm still pissed but more because of ethics than anything else. I'm certainly going to move when hes around.

I was kinda put off by it and the maintenance man was out of line when he threatened me. Still have steam coming out of my ears.
 
When I used to train at a big chain gym, I was told that I wasn't allowed to deadlift over 225lbs because it was "dangerous" and that their bars "would bend." So sad. Thankfully I now workout exclusively at home in my garage and can make noise and do "dangerous" stuff any time I want. :)
 
I'm lucky enough that my gym is an actual gym....At least for now anyway.

But, there's this one cat that doesn't control his deads at all. He literally slams the weight down and it gets on my last effin nerve. Not that it really matters but he usually only pulls 405.

I've never had an issue anytime I've done deadlifts. I rarely do anymore but when I do, it's only 315 sumo at the most.
 
When I used to train at a big chain gym, I was told that I wasn't allowed to deadlift over 225lbs because it was "dangerous" and that their bars "would bend." So sad. Thankfully I now workout exclusively at home in my garage and can make noise and do "dangerous" stuff any time I want. :)

Small update. I'm up to 13 resistance on the bike at the gym. That's an increase of 3 and I'm actually starting to get used to the 13. Endurance is up and it's pretty significant. Fat loss is somewhat deceptive. It looks like I'm leaner but I look bigger. That's strange for me but a good thing.

I am down .7 lbs this week. Sitting at 223.7. I may need to decrease calories next week. If I don't lose a lb...I'll be going to 2800 calories. Slow and steady. As I have mentioned in this thread...I have no idea what I'll stop at. I just know I will be lean.

That may be 215 with the way things are going.

I know I've stopped posting my gaming hobby videos but that's because i've ran into some editing snags. I want to record lossless game play videos and then convert them down. Playing around with some tech trickery today after my cardio of course.

I bought a bike. So..cardio can be done from home each morning. Convince is a blessing.

Tomorrow I go into the depths of dieting. I'm pretty lean but I will reduce my calories by 200 this week. That will put me at 2800. I can't stay this low forever but I only need about 3 weeks till I'm done. I had less fat than I had expected or something to do with recomp and gw. I'm pretty excited about running gw again. However we have stopped selling sarms.

Let me stress. It has nothing to do with the FDA or government. It has to do with our credit card processors. They don't like SARMs. I didn't expect this neither did CNPwayne. It is out of our hands if we wish to continue to be in business. If you know anything about credit card processing. .you know how important that is.

However....we do have some exciting things in the pipeline. I can't say anything but it's pretty big.

We just got onto complete nutrition too. Expect a hell of a 4th q from chaos and pain . Or q1 2016.

I will make a FORMAL announcement about sarms when I get time.

Down .9 lbs to 222.8 I only have 3 weeks left of the bottle so i'll probably start reverse dieting in 5 weeks. I am also at 2800 calories which is the lowest I'm comfortable at. Still feeling rather strong and my lifts have gone up but I can say this is not like a ph. You won't be seeing 10 lbs here and there added every week. About 5 lbs added every 2 or 3 to your big lifts.

Macros at the moment are 250g protein, 65 to 68 g fats and the rest is carbs which for today...is 325. A 50 carb drop from yesterday.

I'll be cutting hard these next 3 weeks and I'll increase calories at the end to 3000. I don't think I want to stay this low off of gw. Especially for my height and body weight.
