I will probably never come off this stuff. Way too many health benefits and plus I still get results months and months down the track

I am on roughly near end of week #2 and yesterday I noticed a huge difference in endurance. I usually run 2 miles (stopping 2 times) 2-3 times a week, BUT this week I've been running 2 miles everyday and yesterday I ran 3 miles NON ****!NG STOP. I felt like I could have continued running. While lifting weights, I can extend my reps to additional 3-5.

So far, EU is blowing my expectations out of water. So much that I think I will hold off on trying Ostarine which I considered starting in couple weeks after my vacation.

I won't have access to gym while on week long vacation. I plan on running, pushups, situps and pullups. Since I won't be able to lift, should I only take 1 pill a day?

Awesome to hear! No reason you couldn't continue with two caps if you're still going to be working out as you described
 
I usually dose 2 PWO however the other day i took one and then another one a few hours later and felt like muscles were "full"" constantly.

Levels of (-)epi return to baseline around 3 hours iirc (it's late so don't quote me).

So I typically split the dose 2-3 times daily. Glad to hear you're enjoying the run!
 
Good. Good endurance. Nice sweat during workout.

I definitely notice the extra sweating, & endurance really kicks in for me at around 7-10 days.

The standard recommendation to dose oral EP1C Unleashed is 2 caps 45 mins - 1 hour pre-workout.

If you want try splitting the dose, go with 1 cap pre-workout and 1 cap 4-6 hours later.

For acute benefits of endurance, and NO production, as GNO said, 2 caps 45min-1hour pre workout. I've seen studies citing blood plasma concentrations peaking at 2-3 hours and returning to baseline between 4-6 hours (depending on the dose).

So, for myostatin inhibition (which in return would lead to more protein synthesis), I like 2-3 1 cap doses spaced 4 hours apart, preferably with 1 dose pre-workout. This in theory keeps myostatin inhibition ongoing for most of the day.

Regardless of dosing protocol, you'll still get the ongoing benefits of (-)epi, some of which include endurance, strength, vascularity, etc.

I just picked up a bottle of this after reading this post, pretty stoked to try this after reading about all of the benefits. I'm curious about the dosing and I know its been discussed quite a bit, but kboxer7, would you recommend the standard dosage of 2 caps 1hr. preworkout or spacing them out like you do? I lift at lunch, usually noon, so I'm wondering if it would be more beneficial for me to do 1 at 7am, 1 at 11am, and then 1 at 3pm? or just do 7am and 11am? or just stick to the 2 caps 1hr preworkout?

If you want some acute pump and maybe a little extra endurance bump for that specific workout, then the standard 2 caps pre is the way to go. Personally, I get my pump covered by Conqu3r pre workout so that's not a concern of mine.

You'll get the standard endurance + strength (and health) benefits of (-)epi regardless of dosing protocol. However, I like to split it up for a few reasons:

1. Possibility of reducing myostatin over a longer period of time (specifically for the 8+ hours post workout)
2. Fuller more vascular over a longer period of time (i.e. During the day when not working out)

#2 above (and possibly #1) is why I think many people (even those who hate transdermals or are "non responders" to epi) LOVE Epic UN TD.

What I would say is to try both protocols, one each, for a week or so and see which you like more.

3 caps may be a bit much. Our increased bioavailability with PhytoFUSE tech really takes it up a notch and 3 caps is not really needed imo.

I would try:

2 caps pre workout (about 45min pre), OR, 1 cap pre workout and 1 cap about 4-5 hours later.
