I gotta think about a new gym...the dude quarter squatting 60kg in the next rack is hardly very inspiring.
I'm thinking of leaving my 2 gyms I'm a member of and just going for one with a crèche and pool. My GF wants to go to the gym but it's hard when she doesn't drive and we have a child.
There is a woman who does that at my gym... The kid is 3, it's annoying as she sometimes cries and gets in the way... She will only get 405 dropped on her once. Plus my kid is 2years 9months... That would be a nightmare haha

T base is just dermacrine with added 1 andro. I think the dermacrine would be better since 1 andro is k own for lethargy. Good decision! Do you score your meat so the seasoning gets into the middle? For me I find that makes the chicken a little more palatable when reheated. Looks good!

That's badass, I need to make a point of restocking my band shirts just for the purpose of lifting! lmao, and I've been waiting on a new Necrophagist album for 11 years now... I get the feeling it just isn't going to happen, which is a shame because I still lift to both their albums. Pumps me up as much today as it did over a decade ago.
Dude Muhammed Suicimez (spelling??) was one of the greatest guitar talents to ever play. And the addition of who I think is the best metal drummer in the world, Romain Goulan, made them sooooo good. At least I have Romain to listen to in one of my other favorite bands Disavowed

Great death/thrash metal guitarists? James Murphy (Death, Obituary, Cancer, Testament, etc) is probably the perfect blend of shred and melody. He almost made 'Cause of Death' sound beautiful.
Has anyone had any luck with anything to help with digestion? I'm about to start eating a lot more calories and I hate how bloated and fat it makes me feel. I'm hoping since I've always had stomach problems there might be something that could help with it.

Dma378, I always put rolled oats in my smoothies. It's a great way to get some extra carbs and fiber. At first I put them in whole but found it to be a bit chunky sometimes. A few years ago I discovered that running the oats through a coffee grinder makes them into a fine powder, like protein mix. It blends real well in the smoothie like this, and makes it thick and rich too. The longer you let the smoothie sit, the thicker it will become as the oatmeal powder absorbs the liquid.

Don't know of anything other than perhaps what kind of food you're filling up on. I deal with the same thing. Eating as much as I am right now, it totally seems to be dependent on what I eat. Carbs combined with red meat seem to sit in my stomach forever. Whereas lighter meats and carbs together seem to digest fine. Also high sodium foods tend to make me feel more bloated when I'm full. Like the other night when I had people over for the fight, all the salty types of snacks and meats made me feel absolutely disgusting.
But then I wake up and look at the beast and I'm like ok, that's cool!!! LOL JK...but seriously.
I can fill up big time on turkey, brown rice, veggies, nuts, PB, etc and not feel like that at all.
A little apple cider vinegar and something like gut health helps me out a ton.
