Put a lot of work in tonight.. Really worked on my Bench Arch. Did every set up to my last set with a Foam roller under my back. Arched over a exercise ball and even worked on my Hips some. Back was really tight and painful to loosen up from last nights deads. Foam rolling alone about killed me. Going to be putting a lot of work into my Arch and hips from here on out.
I did some distraction band stretches on my knee. 3 sets of 30-45sec. I believe it helped some.
