The Official OL UK Cardar1ne Q&A

yates84 I think you made an error... it is pretty much the opposite as GW actually shift your body's preferential fuel from carbs to fat while, at the same time, improves muscle cell's insulin sensivity and glucose captation... anyway you're right: it is a good addition for a lean bulk (I'm thinking of using it this way soon) ;)

My bad, you're right. Typed that at 5 am, guess I wasn't awake all the way!

It seems you seriously need a break from all this customers questions bro, this is clearly a hard time for you beacause of this SARMs madness !!! :D

I love it man, this is my passion! I will have plenty of help real soon

Update:

1) yesterday (Sun., July 26th) was my 5th dose of Cardarine (@14mg.) with breakfast. I hit the gym later for my strength circuit. I try not to make this just "cardio with weights", thus the low reps. So, for example, I do a Dead/Squat with 305 x 5, 325 x 3; D.B. incline bench press with 85s x 5, 90s x 3, just to give you an idea. Well, I shaved ~16% off my time; from 26, to 22 min, allowing myself a couple mins. rest between the 2 rounds of 5 reps, and the 2 rounds of 3 reps. When I can compete all 4 rounds in 20 min. or less, I add weight--a kind of double progression system.

2) So, I won't say it was easy, it wasn't, but Cardarine did allow me to push myself harder. I expect the effect to increase somewhat as that was only my 5th dose. By this We'd. (July 29th), I'll be going up to 21 mg. Last time I trained strength circuits, I got up to 385 x 3 for the dead/squat, and 100s x 3 for the d.b. incline press. We'll see if I can beat it.

3) obviously it's too soon to make any comment about Cardarine's effect of fat burning, insulin sensitivity, etc. I 'm already pretty impressed with its effect on my blood pressure.

I can also attest to the effectiveness of Cardar1ne in just my first week. Certainly feeling the endurance. I look forward to the coming weeks when I'll hopefully see physique changes as well.

Yeah, as I said, I'm really excited about Cardarine and Gharine (which I'm also using)--I mean REALLY excited! The insulin sensitivity increasing effects of Cardarine will be really significant for body composition. I used Biotest Indigo in the past and it certainly does increase insulin sensitivity, but it's pricey. It did help me permanently reset my body weight set point down by 20 Lbs.; so I hold out great hope for Cardarine in this regard.

Cardarine is one heck of an addition to anyones Lean bulking arsenal.

Small update:

1) I seem to feel hotter, overall; sometimes I seem to really heat up for short periods. Has anyone else noted this effect with Cardarine?

2) I seem to want to move a lot, but this could just be excitement over these new PEDs from OL and a generally high motivation to train and lean out.

I'm upping my dose to 21 mg. tomorrow--day 8. I'll be in the gym also, so I'll report back.

You running a current log? Would love to be able to get an idea of your weekly updates followed by pics if possible and details diet and dosage wise. How ya sleeping?

These updates are as close as I'll be getting to a log, just too busy. I'm also on 20 mg. Gharine (starting last night, up from 10mg.). I'm still not feeling the tingling hands, sleep is better than usual, but not where I think Gharine can help get it. I think it will just take a little longer to fully kick in, or I need a higher dose.

I think I do recall someone mentioning night sweats related to Cardarine--at least at higher doses?

Never heard of carder1ne night sweats, that's a new one. Your updates have been great and we appreciate your input!

Yates, have you heard of anything related to Cardarine and body heat? As I sit here typing this I'm really f'in hot!
I havent experienced that before but my body temp is always a little higher. You on anything else?

Nothing other than the Gharine and Phosphatidic Acid (which I've been on a long time) and forskolin carbonate.
Could the forskolin's effect on metabolic rate have anything to do with it? I'm not very familiar with forskolin side effects

Yeah, I'm thinking there could possibly be some synergistic effect between the MK, Cardarine, and forskolin, seeing that forskolin really ramps up cAmp. I've also found the forskolin carbonate to be a highly potent and long acting form.

By the way, my diastolic reading is 75-77! Systolic is still a little elevated (132), but significantly down from the 140-145 it had been running.

The more I think about it, the more I think a good quality forskolin supplement would be great to stack with Cardarine: forskolin increases HSL (hormone sensitive lipase), which increases lipolysis, the Cardarine then shifts the body's preference for energy substrate from carbs to fat.

I just ordered some pes shift to use with my carderine here soon. Should be a good run

Genious! Wish id thought of that before i bought everything. Maybe next time i run some cardarine ill give it a try

I basically take forskolin year round at 50-100mg daily so I will be using it when I start ghar1ne and cardar1ne sometime in the next 2 months

I've been using a forskolin carbonate supplement, on and off, for several years now and consider it my baseline metabolic optimizer. I'll be using it throughout this run with Cardarine and Gharine.

Update:

1) yesterday (Wed., July 29th) was day 8 on Cardarine. I increased my dosage at breakfast to 21 mg.

2) trained later that day. I was able to shave ~12% off my time. It was brutal and I was soaked with sweat.

3) I'm actually up 2 Lbs. since starting the Cardarine and Gharine, but visibly leaner--not much leaner in just a week, but leaner. The 2 Lbs. could be water retention from the Gharine, though I'm not feeling like I'm holding anything but a very small amount of water, if any.

I was reading something last night how cardarine works similar to dnp (minus the whole cell death thing) so that increase in dosage definitely contributed to your sweating... The more I research this stuff, the more eager I am to start!

Yea I'm ordering my cycle tomorrow. Gonna be a 12 week LGD run. GW (by OL) will be thrown in at week 6 through my PCT. I'm very excited. I'll be dropping about $220 but not bad for a 16 week cycle.

would you wanna include updates and stuff, on your instagram..? if you aren't logging :D id like to follow along!

thinking of running this for 12 weeks. 8 weeks with Ostarine. Ostarine would be ran at 20 mg ED. What would be a good dose of carderine to keep the continued cutting ? And what would be a good dose for the last 4 weeks, which would be PCT?

Really interesting! I thought I read somewhere about night sweats and Cardarine, so it makes sense. I assume it dissipates heat through thermogenic wasting cycles.

I have to say, this is very interesting stuff; a very potent metabolic and cardiovascular modulator. I'm really pleased with it so far and love the blood pressure lowering as a nice side effect.

I wish I could give you a definitive answer but all I can say is its potent, so you'll see enhancement of endurance/recovery/work capacity on 14 mg. for sure. Most of what I've read seems to indicate that dosages in the 20mg. area produce potent fat burning effects.

Doubt I'll log it but I'll definitely post feedback here, possibly on IG. I don't like people knowing EVERYTHING I take. They don't understand mostly..

14-20mg is the spot for enhanced fat burning. Leaner individuals and those on steep deficits will notice more leaning at the 14mg.. If you aren't strict with diet OR simply take in a lot of cals/don't do much cardio, 20mg will be more effective-- this is all from reading I've done personally. I've not yet used the product. And just make sure u purchase from a trusted source like OL.

Thanks bro, actually purchased the two bottle OL CARDER1NE. so 20 mg everyday for 12 weeks? that would be stacking for 8 weeks with Ostar1ne then finish off during PCT. does that sound about right?

Crowbar is right. 10mg you should see fat burning and raised endurance but 20mg will really be a ride. This is all feom what I read/learned....im starting my run in a few weeks

Sounds perfect. It can be run for 12 weeks just like LGD. Cant wait to do my run lol Yates has me on the OL haha

Yes 14mg for me so far has definitely proved effective for endurance. I can say with confidence that this is legit. I am also giving myself less time between sets and continuing to test my recovery between and am stronger with each set. I have tried other RC sources but OL is the only one to prove legitimacy. Highly recommend.

Update:

1) today is day 10, day 3 @21 mg.

2) I was able to increase the weight in 2 movements, keep 2 the same and decrease my time by ~6 %. In fact, since increasing the weight on 2 movements would normally have increased my time, I estimate this represents more like a 12-13% decrease in time.

3) today I was able to really feel the increase in endurance/recovery between sets

4) increased body heat continues, it seems especially at night.

Great details man!

holy crap I sweated so much last night even with the AC on. had to get up to lower the temp settings even more haha. I'm 10 days in bumped up from 14 to 21mg 4 days ago

Any weight loss

about 3lbs in the 10 days. I've been cutting for a several months now and am nearing the end with a steady loss of about 1lb a week. I actually upped my cals by 100 since I started gw but have been doing more in the gym due to the endurance increases

UPDATE:

1) yesterday (Sun., August 2nd) was day 12 on Cardarine, day 5 @ 21 mg.

2) I was able to shave 1 min. off my time for the strength circuit. This may not sound like much but keep in mind:

A) the week before I went from 26 Min. to 22 Min., so at this point I'm nearing my limit and it will be much harder to reduce my time.

B) in the past I added weight when I could complete all 4 rounds of 5 movements in 25 Min. or less. This was too quick of a progression and lead to stagnation and burn out on a hypo-caloric diet. Now I progress the weight when I can complete the workout in 20 Min. or less; so now I have to work longer at a given weight/intensity before I can progress.

C) after I shave 1 more Min. off my time I'll add 10-20 Lbs. to each movement, which will then take me back up to 25-26 Min.

D) even though I didn't reduce my time drastically, I was able to "dominate" the weights more--I was stronger and more explosive.

3) related to "D" above, I felt the recovery much more between sets this workout.

Yes OL UK actually has a product with Cardar1ne and Osta in it.

So I just received the bottle and according to OL, do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24 hour period. I had planned on dosing 3 caps at 21mg. Is this still safe even though I would be going against what OL suggests?

Even when were dosing 14 or 21mg we still just take all 2 or 3 caps with breakfast? Would it be more beneficial to spread them out throughout the day?

Carder1ne has about a 24 hour half life so you can dose all at once if you want. If you feel like spreading them out that is fine too
