The Official OL UK Cardar1ne Q&A

yates84 and anyone else.... this was shared by Olympus Labs earlier tonite:

"Labels took forever, so for efficiency's sake, we had to get them shipped in separate batches. Launching 7 products is tougher than we thought, and the label printers did not help what so ever. Nutriverse will have EnduraSHRED and MASS GH in stock on Weds, and the remaining products will be shipped out by Thurs or Friday to them making it Tuesday when they get them."

Any ideas when EnduraSHRED hits UK? Haven't seen it appear at retailers yet.
Very soon! As soon as I know for sure I will shoot you a message

Are you waiting to ship larger shipments until all items are in stock?

From where? US orders will be shipped out on Tuesday and other non us retailers should have stock next week sometime as well

Yates, will the Cardarine and Ghrelin be ready for shipping on Tue. as well?

Nutriverse should be shipping all OL UK orders on Tuesday.

Just got my Cardar1ne. These slimmer bottles look really nice.

So I have read several studies on cardarine and cancer. I am under the impression that the one study that everyone refers to for it causing cancer is flawed. What is everyone's take in this?

There are a lot of different opinions on this subject. I feel like if dosing and cycle length isn't crazy then you will be fine. I have used gw many times and find it a very effective compound to add into my supplement regimen

There is definitely a lot of opinions on it. Hard to make a decision in it though cause cancer is not something anyone wants, but it might be safe at lower doses for 8 weeks.

Does nutriverse give shipping numbers? I ordered a week ago and it doesnt show that it shipped yet

I just got shipping confirmation on my order earlier today. They have a lot of orders to fill so just be patient, it will be shipping soon!

I have to say this is confusing, as the info as to why it was pulled from development is very vague--not that big pharmaceutical companies always publish their toxicology data, they don't. However I've read human studies with GW published after it was dropped from development?! Furthermore I've read studies which state that GW is not tumorogenic.

One thing is certain, GSK was in a voluntary relationship with WADA in which they kept WADA appraised of any drugs coming down the pike which may have abuse potential as ergogenic aids amongst athletes. It came to the attention of GSK, I believe, that GW was being made available to athletes via the internet; that's when they contacted WADA. I'm not certain if they pulled the plug on it before or after learning of its availability on the internet.

On to some discussion of Cardarine!

1) it is only "slightly soluble" in water; thus, I assume you should take it with a meal containing fat.

2) It has a half-life of ~24 hrs., so once a day dosing is sufficient.

Sounds like a perfect addition to my breakfast supplements.

Yeah so much conspiracy around this RC. and yes it does seem like they still did trials after GSK pulled it and WADA sent out the notice. Did any of those athletes die or get cancer? I have seen a lot of people have used this and I have read anything that any of them have cancer now, but it's all just really confusing.

Cancer has only been noted in mice that where given huge doses of gw for extended periods of time. Rats and monkeys that where given gw SHOWED NO SIGNS OF CANCER.

Does gw need to be taken with a meal?

I was dosing my gw first thing in the morning with my pwo and epic unleashed. It was still effective on a pretty much empty stomach.

I ran cardarine from a research lab and had great results. Helped keep fat metabolism up and increased cardio at only 10mg per day
I also had my gf who is a NPC competitor using it for 30 days. She had mild results. Ostarine worked like anavar on her however.

Well, third dose in as of this morning's breakfast. I hit the gym today so it should be interesting.

How long, typically, before you start to see effects?

I noticed physical effects within the first month like smoother and tighter skin. Also started looking leaner within the first few weeks

How long before you notice endurance/recovery effects?

Dude, I'm an idiot. Disregard my last statement, I thought I was on the gharine thread. Endurance and recovery should be noticeable in the first week

A little update:

1) yesterday (Fri, July. 24th) was day three on 14mg. Cardarine. I hit the gym later that day. Right now I'm training all major movements patterns each time I train--not exactly a traditional "full body" workout, but it has similarities. I use alternating sets in order to keep work density high. Furthermore, one training session each week is a strength circuit: 5 movements, 4 rounds; 5 reps, 5 reps, increase weight, 3 reps, 3 reps. So Cardarine should be a perfect accompaniment to this type of training.

I believe I could tell a small effect--I did seem to recover just a tad faster between sets, and I did shave about 10% off my time while increasing weight on two movements and keeping two the same.

This is exactly what I'd expect from everything I've read about Cardarine. I'll be back in the gym Sun. (My 5th day on Cardarine) for the strength circuit--this is where I'm hoping to start seeing some nice effects.

I'll be using 14mg./day for the first week then up to 21mg./day for the next 7 weeks.

I'll update as I have more to report

A nice side effect has started kicking in already for the Cardarine: I have a tendency toward high blood pressure, especially (as you might imagine) during and after a cycle. Well, after my last cycle of DermaTrest and DermaFury I've had a hard time getting my blood pressure to normalize. However, after 5 doses of Cardarine (@14mg.) My blood pressure is trending downward STRONGLY. Today, after 3 hrs. awake, breakfast, a little coffee, and general movement my reading was 128/82, pulse 46. My pulse is always freaky low. My blood pressure was typically reading ~140/90.

Nice side effect! I can see why this was being developed to treat metabolic and cardiovascular conditions!

I can honestly say that between Gharin and Cardarine, I haven't been this excited about any new PEDs maybe ever.

That is the exact reason I use carderine in pct. My bp used to go stupid during pct and it was almost impossible to control, I'm talking 160/100 on average! With carderine and epic unleashed my bp has been right around 130/70 through my whole pct.

I can see where this could really help with some of the negative cardiovascular side effects of running AAS or DS/pro-hormones--like high blood pressure, lipid abnormalities, decreases in endurance, etc.

I just wish I felt a little more comfortable running it longer than 8 weeks. I guess you could start Cardarine 1 week before your cycle (and as long as it's an oral or transdermal DS/pro-hormone cycle) continue it through the typical 6 week cycle, then, say, 3 weeks into PCT for a total of 10 weeks.

Yates, does the reduced blood pressure continue for you once you stop the Cardarine?

I have had no rebound effect from carderine, bp stayed low after I discontinued use. I just used carderine for 30 days and stopped after my last clomid dose. I did run hawthorne berry for another month and I do supplement with potassium nitrate daily as well. Bp has been perfect since the end of my cycle

Do you have any experience, or know anyone who has, stacking it with a DS ? I have a bottle of OL DMZ that I migh like to stack it with at some later point.

I don't personally know anyone who has done this but in theory it should help keep your bp straight. I would not reccomend using it as your sole source of bp control, of course

Yates, I don't want to get this thread off course, but what do you recommend for BP control that's non pharmaceutical? I REALLY dislike BP drugs!

I know i am not yates but celery seed extracts works really well for me. Then again i am not on cycle never have been either. I just naturally have higher blood pressure and celery seed extract helps keep it at a healthy range.

Thanks, I'll give it a try in the future.

Hawthorne berry at 2 grams a day helped me out a bunch. Potassium nitrate is a great way to get your bp down in a hurry! I used to cycle with rx bp meds but don't need them any more supplementing properly. Celery seed as stated above is very good too

Subd. How long should we be off after 8 weeks of use? 4 weeks?

Also- what are thoughts of using this on a bulk. I don't handle carbs well at all, so therefore I never make great gains bc I tend to get fat quickly and cut back the carbs... I'm Hoping something like this could help me in that department and actually be able to make some quality lean gains

Carderine should really help you out then. It pretty much tells your body to use your carbs for energy instead of fat storage! 8 weeks on 4 weeks off seems like a very reasonable way to cycle carderine as well
