help with a natty stack

Im 5'8 currently weigh 165 at 14% Body fat. I have really good size for my weight but im not satisfied, lacking in legs and shoulders. Please reccommend some products that would help, i guess "bulk" but lean bulk

Drop the mass gainer first of all

Get a good fishoil (Oximega) take 4 caps a day to get 2-3g EPA/DHA
Whey is fine to help reach protein intake
Creatine 3-5g on workout days no need to load cycle
Good Multi --> OT / Animal Pak

i bet this is where you lack and what needs adjusted. if you are not putting good money onto your food and what you eat you wont ever see results. Keep the supp stack basic and get your diet in check.

Add calories to your diet. Also, on days you are trying to bring up your legs and shoulders, increase your caloric intake more so then other days.

Drop the mass gainer and make your own mass gain shake with your whey prior to bed, or eat real food.

Supplements to assist you in the size department would be:

AnaBeta Elite
Arachidonic Acid (X-Gels)
Phosphatidic Acid

You can grab a soy lecithin product such as Fearns or Optima, which contains PA and is extremely cheap. Others are MuscleTech, EPIQ Fuel One, and BioTest Micro-PA.
 
What creatine as you using? Might I recommend Cremax by Performax labs..its a great blend of Creatine, Betaine anhydrous, taurine and creatinol o phosphate. Overall helps delay fatigue, and assist in decreasing DOMs as well as the overall great attributes of using creatine.

As for weight gainer, I concur with the others. Buy a good protein powder, mix with milk, banana and a scoop of PB and you are good to go.
 
Substitute the mass gainer for casein protein and then throw in some follidrone, abe, xgels or anafuse. Just browse some natural anabolics.

Casein is not going to be any better than whey protein. at the end of the day protein = protein. if you meet your minimums there will be 0 difference if he got 25g from casein or 25g from whey.
 
23, been lifting for 5 years 4 of which were baseball specific in college , ball is over now and I can lift like a meathead and not worry about being flexible.diet is 3k clean calories a day
First off, how old are you and how long have you been training? What is your diet like?

You mention you're taking a mass gainer before bed, but what does the rest of the diet look like? What does training look like? Example to make sure you're getting enough nutrients to build the muscle you're after.

Get SL, save money, dose 2g+, will also help with weight gain from extra cals. On top of that adding in AlphaMax, ArA, and Epi is hnggggg. Best natty anabolics out
 
Cycling off SL for about 2 weeks now. Haven't noticed a decrease in strength, pumps, or size.

Actually liking the ability to get my fats from some Salted Caramel Peanut Butter for my PB&J sandies pre bed :)
