Best Epicatchin product

Well if the compete for receptors its pointless but the lgd 4033 has solid reviews . Ive seen some people who didnt feel it but that happens with everything.

The supplement overall was good I'm not going to lie (8lbs in 2 months is awesome), but I'm just doubting the purity or amount in it; especially at the price of the product and amount of LGD in it.

I also think a lot of it has to do with "inexperience" with supplements in general, and as a consequence, unrealistic expectations. Which leads to the inability to accurately discern small changes in performance and body composition as a result of said supplements, ultimately leading to the "I'm a non-responder/It doesn't work" conclusions.

Everybody wants that quick fix....meanwhile PH are long gone.

#Gainz

Im far being inexperienced with supplements, nor did I carry any high hopes in actuality, objectively speaking it did jack and many others have stated the same.

Ps, still several prohormones available, just gotta know where to look.

I meant no offense.

I'm 11 days in on EpiPlex as already stated and so far I've noticed nothing myself. The research behind the product is legit though and at the very least it is a very healthy substance with many benefits outside of increases in endurance/muscle gain.

I'm drawing a blank on a1m...

As for (-)epi, while anecdotally people report "hit" or "miss," the research is there to prove otherwise, and absorption isn't nearly as bad as people make it out to be, especially with the addition of absorption aids or plain old vit C.

As far as myostatin inhibition goes (arguable if this is too any degree which would really cause some gains), results from that would take months to see benefits from.

Ep1c has some of the best feedback I've seen. Follidrone prob comes in second.

Some results you may see faster than direct muscle growth:

An increase in treadmill performance (50%) and reduced fatigue (30%) has been noted in mice at 15 days of supplementation
*J Physiol. 2011 Sep 15;589(Pt 18):4615-31. doi: 10.1113/jphysiol.2011.209924. Epub 2011 Jul 25.

And an increase in grip strength was seen in 7 days.
*J Nutr Biochem. 2014 Jan;25(1):91-4. doi: 10.1016/j.jnutbio.2013.09.007. Epub 2013 Oct 18.

On top of that, (-)epi has the ability to spark angiogenesis, lower BP via NO production, and is a strong antioxidant. So I'm glad I have it either way. Still keeping fingers crossed for some added endurance too. Its still too early to judge.

Seems like 4 andro is a better choice ya ?

Depends on what you want/are looking for.

I'd prefer a 1 & 4 andro combo if I was going that route though (proper cycle support & PCT as well of course).
