BPS & AE14 join together for Laxacrine

Good afternoon workout today

Treadmill (slightly overdone)
50 minutes 12% 3.7mph

Chest
Flat BP (8 sets) 335lbs 1 rep 315lbs 2 reps
Incline flys/press superset (5 sets)
60lbs to failure

Tris
JM Press (6 sets) 1 set @ 225lbs 3 reps 2 sets @ 205lbs 5-6 reps
Bench dips (3 sets) to failure

Pretty pleased overall. Went a little too far on cardio but enjoyed it.

Nice workout man... I'm also craving a Chinese now haha.. Look what you've done! :)

Also 50mins of cardio! Fair play to you my man, when I use the treadmill I'll walk on the highest incline (15%) at a speed of about 9 but I'll only do it for 20-25mins.

Unfortunately my one treadmill only goes to 12% so I make that my standard bearer for every workout

Usually my morning cardio will be in the 800 calorie ball park. I am trying to burn between 1200-1500 a day if possible. However, since I am back at work today, not sure if I will hit that. I did get 700 this am. Also, will be looking at lifting again this afternoon, as I didn't have the time to complete what I wanted so I focused solely on back this am. Will do some more treadmill and shoulders later today

Wow man that's a lot... I hate doing 250-300 lol. Then again I normally walk at work for an average of 3-4miles per day.

️No more than 150 kcal post work out crew checking in

I'm doing cardio strictly to keep my reverse dieting in check.

7-800 kcal first thing in the morning is death lol makes it easier when you get to watch the tube tho.

I was wondering the same thing! Is that some kind of new car that only plays Dio?

What the hell do you do that burns that many calories

What the hell do you do that burns that many calories

See for me I walk around 4miles per day which equates to around 300-400cals + morning cardio of 220-240

So my total is only- 570ish... That's mind blowing how AE14 does it... But I'm impressed haha

I do all my treadmill work on the highest incline possible with specifically changing speeds. Usually every 5 minutes or so I change speeds. Sometimes to a run, sometimes to a slightly faster walk...etc....

So here is some of the information since yesterday afternoon

Pre W/O cardio
45 minutes 12% 3.7-4.5mph (random changes)

Shoulders:
Shoulder giant sets (8 run throughs) 35lbs side laterals, rear laterals, upright rows and press
<felt absolutely dead....and I mean had nothing left>

This morning
Pre W/O cardio
51 minutes 12% 3.7-4.9mph (random speed changes)

Legs/Hams:
Paused Box squats (7 sets) sets @ 295 <kept weight lower, worked mostly form and explosion>
Weighted GHR (5 sets) 25 & 35lbs plate (separately)

Going to come back tonight for a little more cardio and some bis (as long as bi/forearm are feeling good)

Oddly, with all the cardio, etc....body weight was 207 this am. Which is oddly high for me

Not much carry over for a raw lifter. Pause squats would be better

I actually like to do both. I am always trying to change what I do, when possible, in any attempt to surprise my body. I have been doing this off and on since 1988-1989 (roughly, might actually be '87) so any change is good.

Absolutely. Not insinuating you don't know what you're doing, but for a Raw competitor (PL) box squats will have a minute carry over. Will definitely help with hamstring/posterior work.

no offense taken at all. I actually agree with you. :)

Decided to hit a little more cardio
35 minutes 12% 3.7mph

Awesome sweat again

thanks....already committed to join my wife and daughter tonight for their nightly 5 mile walks. Going to be a pain as it is supposed to feel like the mid 90s her around 7pm

The walk itself sounds nice... Not so much the temperature though :/

What are the temps like in the UK right now, it's 93 F here today and Humid !!

Here in Florida it is ungodly humid. Like everyday. Lol I know how u feel.

Florida humidity....Mmmmmmm.....I miss it so much...NOT!! I spent the first 29 years of my life there. Real nice coming home at 2am and not being able to breathe the air because it was 85 and 80 percent humidity.

Jesus... I feel like a little bitch moaning about 95 weather, the country fell apart, we are such a moany and weak country. When it snows (every 2years) and we get like 1-2" they close schools and work places due to 'driving hazards' is laughable really.

We will be down there (Orlando) by end of august. Braced for the temps for sure.

Had a nice night of walking out on the local school track. My 12 year old ran, which was fun to watch and the wife and I just walked and talked. Likely heading back out again tonight.

This morning
52 minutes 12% 3.7-4.5mph

Chest and tris were good, muscular density is still very pronounced. Especially around the shoulders. They are hard to the touch, which at 39, makes me smile.

glad to hear your enjoying laxo so far. just think you got a long way to go on this log, the increases are just starting :D

Florida boy here. Get yourself some maxi pads with wings to line your skivvies. It's a moist mess down there and it's not the Laxacrine.

....I may have said too much.

Would've taken you as a baby powder type of guy

Quick update. Haven't lifted yet. But did 1 hour in the treadmill this am at 12% up to 5.0 mph. And another 50 mins this afternoon upto 4.5mph. This Fitbit is making me push to beat my family :)

hada good overall workout.

Stayed lighter with higher reps today. Didnt go above 185 on seated press or 205 on BB rows.

Pump was excellent and felt overall very good, specifically after all my cardio :)

I have a Vivo Fit and it is a good motivator !!
