Yeah doesn't look good on the surface. Couldn't find any info on the full text right now regarding to what extent those were impacted. Maybe I can dig up some more studies/info later. Regardless, impact of those factors by any measurable means prob isn't a good thing.
And I was just about to order more Fearn : (
Might have to find bulk PA. It should also be noted that Soy-derived Phosphatidic Acid, Lysophosphatidic acid AND Phosphatidylserine are sufficient to induce an increase in mTOR signaling per studies.
I know Nutra sells bulk Phosphatidylserine.

PPAR agonists will act one way when they are being used in a scenario where PPAR is activated naturally, ie fasted, ketosis. As soon as someone uses them in fed(glucose/carbs) state PPAR's opposite, Sterol regulatory element-binding proteins SREBP's will for lack of a better term win out or overpower the PPAR activation. The article above explains in much greater detail. Basically the reason PPAR drugs have been a disappointment not due to lack of efficacy but lack of the proper nutritional environment users provided.
Basically at worst lecithin would be better to be used in a NON carb rich environment when looking for PPAR benefits. As far as lipogenesis I highly doubt SL used preworkout is going to cause fat gain as the conditions in the body during an intense workout would almost surely not be ideal for this to occur.
