Hello AM peoples. I'm very excited to get this log going. Even though I won't have the Radar1ne in my hand until Monday, I wanted to get it started with some stats, pics and hype!!

First of all I want to thank Olympus UK for the opportunity to run and log this intriguing new compound. Some of you may remember me as a former rep for OL, but I am in no way a shill or influenced to make this log a sales pitch for the product. I will be nothing but honest and objective. And results speak for themselves.

Cycle Layout:

Radar1ne 8/8/8/12/12
Test Cyp 250mg/week
Mast Prop 245mg/week

Have been cruising on this dose of Test and Mast for a couple months, so it will be in full effect right away. I have pharma Adex and Aromasin on hand, but don't really need them on this dose, and the Mast does a good job of keeping estrogen in check.

Stats:

5'11"
213 lbs.
Approx. 12% BF
Long-term physique goal: 215-220 ish @ 10%

Diet:

3500 cals/day for 3 days, then 1 day at 4500...repeat
Macros tend to land at 225P, 125F, 350C on 3500 days...250P, 150F, 450C on 4500 days
This will be a moderate bulk. With the results of this compound paired with Test are not highly known, we'll see what happens.

Training:

6 workouts rotate in this order:
Push Power
Pull Hyper
Legs Power
Push Hyper
Pull Power
Legs Hyper

I do about 20-25 minutes of mild cardio after weight training usually consisting of elliptical, stairs, jump rope, speed bag, and jogging

Lifts:
Bench 315 x 2
Squat 365 x 3
Dead 465 x 1
OHP 185 x 5

Don't really know exact 1RM.

Won't really be logging my workouts in detail, but will note accomplishments or anything that has me excited. I'm pretty detailed and thorough. I welcome any questions, cross-talk, whatever. This log will hopefully bring to light some details about this new product. But most of all I hope to make some GAINZZZZZZZZZ

You and me both. Never wished the weekend would hurry up and pass...but can it be Monday yet?

I'm not THAT excited for it haha... you can wait through the weekend for the sake of all of our sanity :)

USPLabs Modern BCAA's intra
Olympus Labs Vital1ty
Have been combining various amounts of Conqu3r (stim and stim-free), Hypermax, and MusclePharm Assault pwo's
Multivit, Fish Oil, Vit C, Hawthorne Berry, Saw Palmetto, and low dose Aspirin daily

By far the best pwo combo I have tried (they all follow 2 cups of coffee) is 1 scoop of Hypermax with 1 scoop of stim-free Conqu3r. Nothing makes me look like a raging sweaty fool like this pairing. Head-banging and air-drumming like no one is watching. Yeah, I'm that guy.

I always appreciate the people I see getting amped up by whatever they'ree listeneing to and just rocking out. You know ttwo thisngs about these types:
1) they're 100% focused on their workout
2) they dont give a f about what anyone else thinks about them while they lift

I'm all about the "all buniess" approach in the gym so I like these people

in. will there be blood work? or would that be pointless given you're already on test and mast?

Welcome buddy.

And probably not since I'm not pct-ing either. I'm just running a SARM during my cruise.

I do plan on getting bloodwork when I do decide to come off. I have an extended plan that includes a couple SARM runs with another blast as well. All of it lands me somewhere around next March.

Do not follow my plan youngsters. Cycle, pct, and chill.

Awesome. I hope it does everything the science behind it says it will do.

What are your expectations for this 5 week run, based on the science you've read? How do you imagine rad140 will perform, using ostarine and lgd as comparison points?

Just the anabolic/androgenic ratio of it alone excites me. Blows Ostarine out of the water in comparison. I have greater expectations out of it paired with Test than I would of it solo.

I may bump Test up to 350 after a couple weeks, but not sure. Really want to see what this will do and let it do the work. I know 5 weeks isn't long, but I've got a good handle on maximizing these things.

If I can land 5lbs LBM, I call it a success.

5lbs. of muscle tissue is actually quite a feat in 5 weeks. I won't go strictly by scale, we'll see how BF reacts to the compound and diet.

On my current diet of 3500 for 3 days, then 1 of 4500 I am making a slow recomp. The scale hardly teeters either way. But everything is hardening and thickening. I'm hoping the addition of the RAD will accelerate this.

I have a naturally slow metabolism, but have found this pattern of dieting with the amount of cardio I'm doing keeps me recomping without any fat gain. As well as at an all time high on all lifts.

Maintenance for my age, weight, and activity level is 3400 ish.

Now I do find it hard to believe that ratio is accurate, for RAD or any other compound that has an outstanding number like that. I mean, how can they say it's 90x more anabolic, that's nuts. But the ratio is a good gauge on the potency in general.

90:1 ratio makes it sound like it will build way more muscle than any true steroid out there, which i think we can assume is not true.

Well Tren is 500:500, so I wouldn't say RAD is the highest by any means.
 
What muscle group do your 4500 calorie days land on or is it always different?

Has no direct correlation. Sometimes on a rest day. Which by the way, I typically go 4-5 days on, 1 off.

I am taking both days off this weekend to chill and have some family stuff going on.

Start fuukin' stuff up again on Monday all fresh.
 
The issue people tend to forget when looking at the a:a is the fact that a higher number does not equate directly to that many times the gain, especially in humans. For instance, 90x more anabolic doesn't mean it builds muscle 90x faster.
