Goal: increase LBM while hopefully losing some bodyfat.
I want to first thank PRIMEVALVP for this opportunity. I currently have two bottles of the 1-andro max. I have been reading on PHs for the past several months and I have decided to try out 1-andro since it is a mild PH. I have tried Osta Shred and did get good results, but did have my testosterone levels suppressed. I'm currently using Post Cycle 3x and DAA by vital labs and I feel as my t-levels are going back to normal as I am not feeling lethargic as before (won't know for sure until I take another blood test after the pct). Anyhow here is my plan of attack for 4 weeks:
Supplements:
- 1-Andro
- fish oil
- multivitamin
- N-large3 as a post workout drink
PCT
- Sup3r PCT
- DAA
- anafuse
I plan on running the 1-andro by taking one cap twice daily (130mg total). I know that 300mg is the ideal dosage as a minimum but I want to try out the effects of the product based off the recommended dosage.
- what do you think of this plan?
- am I missing anything?
- I know that a SERM is always suggested but with the low dosage, do you think it's still necessary?
- I read that 1-andro is best for cutting. Is this correct? My goal is to increase lean muscle mass while decreasing some body fat.
- can I still take a pre-workout or is the 1-andro going to affect my blood pressure so much where I shouldn't?
- I read that I should wait 4 weeks after my PCT to start to let my body recuperate. Is this correct?
- i have ArA and ABE on hand. I was thinking of running this first as an option and then bridge to 1-andro? Good or bad idea?
