You tend to squat high from the standards I've experienced at USPA meets (like L&S said, just BARELY). Now SPF, if you come up with it with less than 4" over parallel you're g2g, so you can always find a fed to your liking, but so you know.
I spent the entire previous training cycle learning to squat higher to a box for the SPF meet I just did because I knew the tow straps would be so high if I buried it I'd hit and miss from loss of balance. I just got depth but I'm literally only 1" over the strap bottoms lol

PR days are, by definition, never crap days. Better than you've ever done before is good enough. One of these days it will stop raining PRs in Florida and you'll have to grind twice as hard to add 5lbs to your rep PRs over the course of a month. The only way you can stay in the game mentally is to celebrate each new accomplishment. Nice day.

Looked like a great workout! DB bench was great, the CGBP was heavy for that many reps(building those tri's!) not sure I've ever tried a reverse grip skull crusher so kudos there...bro!
