So Letrone will SUPPRESS estro, not convert it. Excellent bit of info. This was why I recommended it to the OP as a product to run alongside osta as he's (if I remember correctly) not especially a candidate for naturally high estro or associated issues.
Of course, if he's not especially a candidate for on cycle estro intervention, than what you suggest makes perfect sense.
At the end of the day, it's a little bit of estrogen, he's not running a huge, wet anabolic cycle so if anything does crop up it ought to be easily manageable with little to no detriment to health or cycle.
 
I always run a mild natty SERM on my PH cycles, and will do likewise with some SARMs (MK-677 on the way). I'd much rather have some degree of modulation occurring while taking PH's etc and have an easier run into pct. When running stronger compounds an AI may be added, or cortisol inhibiter.

Any thoughts on using a SERM on cycle? And I don't mean oils + clomid, I mean in reference to the above discussion & SARMs.
 
I think adding Rebirth on cycle will help keep gyno type symptoms at bay but....better yet use an AI like Letrone on cycle and not have excess estrogen to worry about ;)
Prevent not cure is my motto.
 
What do you guys think about stacking the 6-week osta run with AlphaMax (it has arimistine in it)? It might be just enough to keep estrogen sides away, and leave me with a full bottle of Letrone & Rebirth for PCT.

I was thinking about running a half dose of AlphaMax the entire 6 week run of Osta, and keep running it alongside the Letrone/Rebirth in PCT until I ran out. That'll be two weeks into my 4-week PCT for a little overlap.

I'm still going to get some clomid to have on hand in case it's needed, I don't really think it should be -- but better safe than sorry.

I started my Osta cycle today :)

I plan on running 15mg ED for 6 weeks, and have AR1MACARE PRO on deck for estrogen-related sides.

I may step up the dose to 20mg ED around week 2 if I feel it might be beneficial.

For my PCT I have Letrone, Rebirth, and Viron standing by for a 4-week PCT. I also have Reduce-XT for cortisol control as well.

I'm running this along side Ergonine and Sesathin, and a good daily multi.

I weighed in today at 140lb at approx. 13% BF.

I have an UP24 fitness tracker that tracks my sleep, and a Withings WS-50 scale that gives me my BF %...all the data is fed into apps on my phone that can graph my sleep, weight, and bodyfat.

If I do a weight in every day at the same time, after 6 weeks I'll have 42 data points. The app graphs them, so I'll be able to post them up.

I also ditched that "Combat Protein" by MusclePharm. I don't care if it's cheap at Costco...
 
Dude I don't wanna get down on you just helpful advice your diet is going to be the most important aspect here. Honestly at 140lbs I'm like 4% body fat and I'm shorter than you 5ft 1in.
