I had the meeting with my doctor, endocrinologist, she said to go down with the aromasin dose from 12.5 a day to 6.25 for one week and then 3mg for the week after and then stop.

I have asked her about the supplements I would like to take and she confirmed that I am free to take those respecting the "timing" like avoiding to take, for example alphamax for more than 8 weeks, anyway she asked me to run a bloodtest again in 4 weeks and see the status, she was also positive that supplements could "help" in some way, of course just a "bit" and not to rely on them but they cannot harm.

so I am good to go and I will start alphamax :) and going up with fats too :)

also cortisol seems to be high cause of the training, she said to rest at least 1-2 days a week, as minimum and then we will check this again in 1 month. I will rest completely on Sunday :) and remove one of the day of fasted cardio then.

in the meantime I feel hungry and I am leaning out more too! seems like the effect of hunger suppression has finished but I am still loosing fat/water :)

Good feedback. Sounds like a pretty cool doc. Over training is definitely a likely cause of the cortisol issue I agree.

Yes she is really easy to talk to and she is a fitness addicted person too so .... Anyway my strength is going up and I'm feeling extremely batter, I even have boner during the day hahahah and weights Re lighter and I'm still leaning out :) on the negative side I'm hungry!

and this was possible with diet+training+SHIFT in roughly 2 months. I wanted also to thank you all for all the advices and suggestions and also many compliments to PES for their SHIFT, I can say I am shifted now lol

and considering I had problems with my T and E I can be happy :)
I'll start alphamax next week as programmed :)

This is awesome news! And I agree with LiveToLift that you have a great, supportive doctor.
 
She is great ;) I can talk to her sandy she listens to me and that is great ;) btw weight is still going down and mirror confirm that and it's 3 days I'm not taking SHIFT

Woke up and I took my alphamine! Fruit punch! It's not like shift but at least is a great kick upon wake up :) my hunger is still there tho.

SHIFT! Hahahahah helped a lot :) also I changed diet as you all guys suggested, added fats, and cheat meals I wonder if I had no T and E issues I could have done better :(
 
You should reward yourself with a cheat meal. You've more than earned it ;)

That's exactly what I am going to do this weekend :)

I just woke up btw, alphamine and fasted cardio :)
 
I guess I'm going to eat more carbs today, I see myself a bit empty :( too low maybe in carbs, in the last two days I missed a couple of meals each day cause of "life" lol

Life does that lol. I try to make my training schedule as flexible as possible, but you can only do so much to prepare for surprises.

Today no fasted cardio, I'll go later (maybe) since I'm trying to convince myself that I should rest at least 1 day a week :) also I woke up and I took alphamine and after 2h I had breakfast

40g pure fine oats
30g select SD
200ml eggs white
60g black cherry marmalade

I wanted to eat sugar :) I felt like I need some guys, looking at the last week I had just 5g a day of simple sugar so.....

Tomorrow I'll start alphamax and I will start going down with the aromasin dose.

ok today I am starting alphamax, took 2 caps in the morning upon wake up and added 2 scoops of alphamine.... while I was shaking the alphamine the shaker opened and alphamine went "E V E R Y W H E R E" ha!, been cleaning for 10 minutes lol :)
 
nothing to report, only thing is that I am starting to have some side effects of low E I guess, I will give a call to my doctor to find out, she said it is too low now since it is lower than "<40" so I will need to find the sweet spot since high E is an issue but we don't wanna crash it right?

I feel a bit sleepy and I have a little bit of joints pain, anyway I started at 6mg this week instead of 12 like prescribed by the endocrinologist so I am positive.

also aromasin shouldn't have any rebound effect so its ok.

I am trying to go up with weights and do 30-40 secs rest pause in the between.

I will have my pre WO in about 15 minutes then I will start my WO after 1 and a half hours.

today its monday! lets crash it! I will try to go a bit later since every Monday the gym is overcrowded by useless ppl like ppl that use the machines or benches and don't even know which set they are doing or why they are even doing that exercise, you ask them, "how many sets" they tells you.... uhmmmmmmmmmm dunno?......... WTF! so I prefer training 30-40 minutes later and in peace than surrounded by idiots... I am sure you know what I mean.
 
Im too happy guys, I'm almost doing same weights than when I was on gear boom! I feel strong! Today I went up a lot, I don't think it can be the alohamax since I started only today but I feel good!
 
woke up rested, probably the l-dopa contained in alphamax is helping too... took my dose and having my breakfast now :) feeling good and pumped :)

happy morning everyone! yesterday workout was great again! I went up with the weights, I am basically doing sometime same weight that I used to do while I was on gear :) so I am really surprised, this is 3rd day of Alphamax and all is good, I am sleeping good due to l-dopa I guess and I feel ok.

Since I stop SHIFT my hunger came back and it is kicking in hard sometime but I am able to handle it till now :P I have noticed some pimples on my face and this is really rare since I never suffered of this, maybe this is the Alphamax really spiking up my T? I don't know, I am not sure even cause its only the 3rd day.

had my dose this morning and I am going to have my breakfast in 1h or even less depending on my wheel power lol

I am feeling a bit "rock solid" which is good, having my pre WO, opted for some chicken and quinoa today :) I felt like I wanted something "real" :)
 
Good to hear your strength is maintaining. That is always such a positive boost when looking and feeling so lean.

Has the Alphamine helped at all with the hunger?

Honestly? Nope... And also in not feeling the "push" anymore..... Maybe I've used too much? I was thinking maybe norco would be better?
 
Do you typically take a lot of stims? Some people prefer Alphamine and some prefer Norco, so it might be worth a shot. Do you plan on taking Shift again after a break?

Probably yes ;) in about 1 month ;) i don't typically take stuns but drink coffee since I was young like water, I'm Italian after all :)

Lol, true! It might be that Norcodrene will work better for you in regards to appetite suppression, at least as a bridge to get you back to Shift :)

5th Day with alphamax
Strength is up a lot but I'm not sure if it could be just coming from it, it's really too much, I'm doing same weights as when I was on gear :)
I am tapering down with aromasin as prescribed my endocrinologist and my T and E are improving and making progresses in the right direction:)
My cutting cycle is going ok you can see the pictures, that was the result of just SHIFT.
Now SHIFT has gone :)
Alphamax here and I'm sleeping very well, probably due to L-dopa, I don't see much improvements in the mirror but I guess it's too early :) you could confirm this maybe...

Diet is always the same and I'm pretty much happy. Hoping to lean up more I have 3 weeks to be "perfect" for my missus, she's ripped as fukc for real man :) there her picture too here look for it ;)

I was planning on doing Alphamax /OxyMax XT/ Shift, however I won't be running that for while now. Anyways keep killing it man.

Great stack! You'll be lean in no time, I think alphamax will kicks in in about 2/3 weeks based on what I read on the board :) so it should be perfectly in time :)
