Ok, had a strong workout today in comparison to the much less intense workouts the past few weeks. About 3 weeks ago I aggravated my sciatica and pretty much have been doing just back stretches and trying to firm up midsection for support. Today I gave it a try squatting again...like this, (pic is not of me) and I was using just 1 plate to start. Felt pretty good and so I'm super excited and hoping the pain does not return.

Landmine-Thruster-Bottom-375x250.jpg

Simple routine: 3 sets
Squat
Flat bench barbell
Up dog stretch
Cat and Camel
Curls

Quick report:

Bottle - Label clear and legible. Safety seal - heat shrink plastic around cap with a heat seal under the cap, both were intact and not broken.
Contents: All 120 caps present, none broken. 1 anti moisture pack.

I opened one up to inspect and taste.

IMG_8504.JPG

Fluffy powder contents. Slightly bitter flavor, common with herbs, very strong with a long lasting tingling aftertaste lasting 10-15 min, reminded me of a 5gum commercial. Only tried a small taste directly the rest was put with bcaa and they did not mask the herb flavoring.

Effects: no negative issues to report. My friends did say to me I seemed a little overly aggressive this weekend. I wasn't being rude or anything but more assertive, alpha like is how it could be described.

USPLABs was kind enough to supply me with a free product trial so it's only fair that I judge the Company & the Product since they are one in the same.

A security seal provides me proof there has been no tampering and/or repackaging.
A thermal seal IMO is necessary for herbals to maintain freshness and in turn potency.
The Lot number and date code were also easy to read.

How has that aggressiveness you described developed? Was that just a temporary thing or has it been lasting, possibly an effect of Ultimate, T? That sort of aggressive or "alpha" feeling is great fun in the gym. There is some connection between androgens and instantaneous strength gains although I do not recall exactly what I have read.

Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing your results. :)

Its sort of different - like when I want to push the weights I get a slight surge of power when I focus. Also, if something negative happens I react more harshly, here is a for instance. I hit a rather large pot hole in the road, the result was I started to freak out yelling and got quite upset, this lasted only briefly and I regained my composure quickly because after all it was my fault. I tend to be a get upset quick and get over quick person. I would say the outbursts would still occur cause that's who I am but the Ultimate T has increased the intensity of anger. This is very beneficial when working out.

Update - status....

Ultimate T is beginning to provide some additional workout capacity. My sciatica flair ups have subsided for the past few days and oh what a relief. I think its the superman stretches that are helping the most.

I have been able to increase workout Intensity quite a bit. Now I'm always one to guard against pushing too far too fast so this has been a relatively new experience. I find myself wanting to go to failure more often. Note: I do work out by myself and use every safety I can so I'm limited, I'm wishing I had a partner to push me a bit more.

I have also been able to up the Workload (increase weight) in all lifts and increased sets in the bodyweight exercises. I typically use a progressive load then deload approach however recently I'm finding I just want to keep adding more.

There is also a noted amount of Volume that I've been capable of doing more but in the same amount of time. I do get quite a cardio just lifting since rest between sets is sometimes brief.

At this point my fear is premature burn-out. I'm cognizant not to over train yet I personally believe my body takes a bit longer than normal to fully recover. My diet is not the best but I make sure to get protein, creatine (E9), multi and fish oil to support. I'm using bcaa to also keep the burn out away. At 49 the repair process seems to be a bit slower as well and suggestions for recovery are more than welcome.

So has anyone else experienced dry painful joints ?

I stopped dosing for a couple days and now feel better

Going to restart at 2 in am and 2 in afternoon and increase fish oil intake.

Effects have not diminished over a few days off but the joint sure are thankful for it.

In relation to the "effects" for me they are noticeable but they are subtle, which is what I like and have come to expect from herbal formulas. The product appears to react more like an adaptogen over time and does not exhibit the hard hitting instantaneously wow like that of other non-natural substances.

Nice update! Are you foam rolling and/or using other massage techniques?

My guess is that it is related to your increased training intensity and volume. In placing more stress on the muscle, you're also stressing connective tissue. If you've used anabolics before you may not have had the same pain because the drugs were mitigating it somehow. Watch your form and tempo (but you knew that :)) and if your knees get swollen after leg training like mine do, try massaging the tendons with your hands, then possibly using some liniment under a light wrap, left on for say 15 or 20 minutes. I used to do this for my horse and now it works for me! Good luck.

^ I have a foam "noodle" the ones you take to the pool. I'm only just a beginner at foam rolling

The wrapping and massage techniques are used when I'm injured but I shall give them a try to help my recovery.

Thanks

The first time I foam rolled anywhere near my IT bands I cried. Now I use the rumble roller and love it, plus a professional session once every month or so. It has made a bigger difference that a thought it would in my training. Yeah the liniment and light wrap seems to help swelling immediately around joints.

The increased fish oils has help reduce the joint issues
At this point I'm nearing the end of my 1st bottle and the urge for sex has been off the charts since I started.
I've gained some and lost some from what the scale and mirror are telling me.
The experience has been positive overall. I still notice a lot of sweat during training but no negative sides.

Apologies, I go camping on weekends and don't get on line.

The aggressiveness wasn't a bad attribute because I was mostly able to control the outbursts. When I first started I did tend to overreact more and friends did notice a slight difference but now since I've been on for some time the effects are consistent and the aggression can easily be stored for gym time.

Libido, thankfully, has not been an issue for me so I'm not in need of boost. In reflection I'd say after the 1st week is when I began to notice.

Things have come alone in a quick short month. I feel the product has some good value with the special sale and return policy.
