Thanks man. I think I'm gonna keep 275x1 at the beginning of each ME Bench session, think I read that approach for squat in your's or Herder's log. Hitting it once a week and making it super easy 7/8RPE.

Possible, or I've gotten that weak, on top of never pulling heavy conv.

I'll try rebuild a stance that doesn't bother my knee, sumo would be ideal but I think I need to stick with conventional for a bit longer.
