Ergonine

All this talk convinced me to try Ergonine. I like the idea of having a staple supplements that covers everything instead of taking a bunch of pills and powders.

Mine did the same. The guy was like "there's no way you even know what all of these are or do" so all day as he was packing he would yell out a random supp and I'd tell him what it was ha.

As we use the effective dose as in the studies for each ingredient, which had varieties of people

Many ingredients would also be based on lbm and not tbw

I wouldn't see a need to increase the dose but if someone if a higher weight class wanted to try they could experiment

I love E9 too as a base product, but man, I wish I reacted that way ^ every time I took it :) Just got a new tub of NB, two days from FL to the Upper Mid-West, pretty cool.

But add me to the "drop some of the other stuff for Beta-Alanine" crew (or charge a tad more) - it's a daily systemic like Creatine.

well I was saving it for the carnitine content, I got a couple crappy carnitine products with other junk in it for cheap from gnc but would rather use something that works

I get where you're going but the e9 is a daily thing not a "cycle" so start now, buy more before you run out

i been emailing the guy at Athletix for the last couple days. really thinking about ordering a cycle of ABE. i just dont know if its the right fit for me. im an ex fat guy so i gotta be careful with eating lol . to much and its a little more easy for me to get fat. but im trying to put on some serious muscle mass. but i hear nothing but great stuff from abe.. so i dont know. I do know however the guy im talking to is great. very informative and all about helping the customer. and not so much about how much he spends.. great company.
 
i have 2 bottles of anafuse as well here. might cycle that and abe at the same time. i dont know though. i did not do much research yet on here..
 
Run one or the other so you know how it treats you

ABE is a great option though, with F95 in it it will keep things lean too, great for recomps
 
I gotta figure out something. Im trying to get all the stuff ready, i just don't wanna gain to much fat.. although i do work out 3 times a week for about 3 hrs at a time plus 30 mins of hard cardio after lifting.
with abe do i have to work out 7 days a week like some of you guys do? my trainer and i kill the gym 3 days a week 3 hrs at a time. and i feel thats really good. i just dont wanna take a sup if its not gunna work proper ya know? Sorry if thats stupid question.

I honestly think 3 hours a workout is way too much time in the gym. What are you doing there for 3 hours?
 
oh well 20 mins alone is just cardio. and since i cant work out more days a week i will break it up as per my trainer and do like chest and back one day. arms and tri's one day and legs and abs and other stuff on the next day.. im also working with someone so add in his time doing sets as well.

No you don't have to increase your training frequency.

What in gods name could you do for 3 hours on arms only???? Are you taking like 10min between sets? This seems insane
 
i also said he is working in with my stuff also. so half that time is just me. plus 20 mins of cardio each time. so its really not all that long. maybe an hr or so and No i take 60 seconds between reps, i have to wait for my partner to go as well so.

if your partner is lifting while your resting 30-60 seconds and you jump back in, you are still lifting for over 2hrs before cardio. That's a pretty long workout. I don't know you of course, but I would think it would be difficult to maintain a high level of intensity for that duration. I would spread it out over more than three days if at all possible.
 
Thats not possible thats why we do it this way. its how i was taught how to work out and ive made huge gains doing what i do. trust me if i could back off the time and spread it out i just cant, at work its our busy time its honestly not all that bad. chest and back for an hr or so isnt a ton of time i would think. but i am new so what do i know..

that's fine, as long as you are getting positive results.

Back & chest for an hr isn't abnormal but you said 3 hrs minus 20 mins for cardio.

i just said i split it between 2 or 3 body parts..

You said you worked out for 3hrs a session, and one of those was arms and tri's... That's what I was referring to.
 
yeah im sorry i misspoke guys. yeah its like an hr hr and a half a person really i guess when you break it down. my trainer has a show coming up so hes really taking his time and working really hard. he already has his pro card and looks incredible, he said he just wants one last show before he stops competing.

on a side note, does ergonine make you more hungry? or hold water weight? cus im constantly starving now, and all i did was change to ergonine. also im like 4 lbs heavier since changing over... and there is NO way it could hold more water than my previous creatine. lol. cell tech
 
Ergonine should not make you more hungry and I have not heard of anyone experiencing this. Also, it will not make you hold any more water than your previous product. Any water retention is intramuscular too so it won't make you look bloated.

Yea ive finished two bottles and never experienced any of those things, not while taking it or when i stopped.

Ive def done this before. Did arms with one of my boys, he left and then another one of my ppl came in and wanted to do arms. Barely had any rest between sets. Something like a ct fletcher video lmao. Thing is.... My elbows were not happy afterwards... Not at all.
