Sore nipples

Hello,

I ran havoc for 5 weeks followed by a full put including nolva and erase. I am roughly 2 weeks post pct and over the last few days my nipples have been sore. I do not feel any lumps, not itchy or puffy nor do I see any visible signs of gyno, just soreness that comes and goes.

Is this a precursor to/sign of gyno? if so how should I treat this before it starts becoming visible?

Agree man, all those gyno symptoms sometimes its just in your mind, especially havoc doesnt convert to estrogen and if you run your PCT properly and have SERM in hand you shouldnt have to worry about gyno

More than likely it's nothing. The mind is a powerful thing.

Do you have an ai on hand other than the erase you used just incase? Did you use the arimistane version or the newer one?

If you don't have anything as back up you can check out inhibit e or BLR's new oral ai that is shipping by the end of this week and Monday at the latest. There are logs floating around if you're interested. Looks promising. I have used inhibit e several times without issue but I'm also no prone to gyno. See below if interested.
