feeling ok, just can't wait to leave the office hoping that the gym won't be overcrowd by all those ppl that have been drinking and eating **** during the weekend and so trying to feel less guilty at the gym hahahah
 
Today I went up with weighs and I was so happy to be able to lift my 30kg dumbbell for chest press on my own! Maybe it's light for you guys but trust me, to me it's moooore than expected:) remember I'm not a bodybuilder but a fighter ;)
 
this morning all good, I felt a bit "down" and weak like 1h ago, but then I had my meal and I felt better.

SHIFT is treating me well, today its back day. My WO yesterday was great :)

Next Monday I will have my blood tested and hopefully the situation will be better.

10.20 in UK now and I had my shift and my breakfast 2h later :)

pes select cookies&cream are back! and every time I got them I think they are my fav flavor on top of the pes select but this happen also when I got my snickerdoodle so.......... I am still trying to understand myself :) hahaahahahah either way they are both GREAT especially with pure fine oats :) its like heaven :P ahahahah

yesterday training was good, 1h intense with 1m rest between sets, eventually I did more than I planned adding 1 exercise and going up with sets and reps so after all it was great, no cardio, no abs yesterday as planned in my diet/training.

today I woke up and the weight is 68.3kg 7.8%fat yesterday it was 69.4 and 8.4%, every time I have a cheat meal, on Monday the weight is UP then slowly going down as the last week :) but on average I am on 68kg :)

no hunger, smooth energy and feeling good after all :)
 
Ya I swear each time I go back to a Select flavor I haven't had in a while it becomes my favorite! :D

Guys I keep going up with the weights, diet? Effect of aromas on T levels? Either way I feel great :)

I was actually thinking to add more red meat and some more carbs :) what do you think?

I would add carbs to add more pump since I'm seeing myself a bit empty even if I'm pretty much leaner than before :)
 
I typically stick with chicken and fish and little red meat, but that has more to do with convenience than anything. You can try adding some extra calories and carbs to see if it helps and keep an eye on the scale. Also, don't forget your cheat meals :)

Same here RE fish and chicken lol but I wanted to add some red :)

Cheat meals are now a fixed plan every week :) of course I wasn't thinking to add massive carbs but just 30-40g a day and of course no simple ones

Scale I haven't checked this morning yet but I will in a while, I had my shift now, I just woke up.

I was wondering if really I have to wait 2h before my breakfast every morning after taking shift or not... I am doing this cause of insuline but I was wondering if 1h was going to be ok as well as 2?

1 hour should be fine. I wouldn't stress too much on the timing and just be sure to take it on an empty stomach.

I take High Volume about a half hour before I train. I try and space it away from a meal by about an hour, but that all depends on how crazy my schedule is for that day.

Yes same but on the morning I use to have like shift then 2h then breakfast then 30/40 min then high volume and some time I can't wait longer than 30min so I was wondering if that was cool too or maybe just wait 1h after shift the breakfast then 1h high volume, would this will be a better timing?
 
Yeah, that would work. So basically Shift upon waking, wait 1 hour and eat breakfast, wait another hour and High Volume? Would you have another half hour built in there between High Volume and training or jump right into training?

First stop from the airport to the hotel will be any place where I can buy proteins like GNC or any better place that has "pro stuff" and no just crap that usually GNC sell, in the UK they just sell overpriced ****ty supplements!!! dunno in US but I would need to buy proteins tho so I'll be happy even with WHEY GOLD 100% and similar:)second stop would be the gym in the hotel and then Disney world;) my missus wanted to go there lol 14 days tickets :)

Then Miami and beaches :) I wanna go training in Venice beach! Ha!
 
Disney should be fun. I haven't been in about 15 years, but it was great then, and I'm sure even better now. I've been to Miami before as well and had a blast. South Beach has a lot going on.

Miami beaches would be a hell of an experience! Especially if single! Hope you enjoy and have a safe trip!
 
I'm going there with my missus and by that time it will be 2 months and a half we haven't seen each other and ....... So....... I just want to spend time with my love mate :) but I know what you mean ;)

The new schedule is pretty much similar and today was good tho nothing really different in terms of effectiveness, I felt it a lot too my only fear was that eating close to HV would have "cancelled" his effect ;)
 
Fasted cardio today, I was even in the mood and I did 60min instead of 40 lol, also I fasted since yesterday night 00.00 after having my select proteins and till today lunch time not even a little hungry, nothing at all! Hahahahah shift is amazing

Today I had red meat, a good ribeye with some fats too, I wanted to eat some red meat and saturated fats like every week during the weekend.

I probably solved the issue about the proteins and supplements for when I'm going to Orlando and Miami, easy, I'll make an order on PES website and I'll have it delivered at my hotel hahahahah so I'll taste also the new alphamine flavours!!!!!! Can't wait lol

Ahahaah ill definitely come back with some U.S. Version of alphamine with yohimbe and new flavours :) I'm wondering if there will be any offer somewhere before I'll make the order since I'll have to order only from one online website and I'll have to find my oats too :) I guess nutraplanets or similar if you have any suggestions please feel free lol
 
I unfortunately don't really use many online stores, but hopefully somebody else will jump in here. I'm sure you can find deals between now and the end of August. Next weekend is a big holiday here, so there may be some great sales.

In the meantime I just woke up and took my dose of shift, I'm going to the gym with my laptop lol (I'm supposed to be working from "home" today ha!) and I'll do some HIIT and steady cardio, I'll have a shot of alphamine too it's 6.40 here and I'm sleepy!
 
today is the first day of my last week with SHIFT

the log was supposed to start on the 3rd week with Alphamax and because of my issues with T and E I had to start taking aromasin, I will have my blood tested this coming Thursday and hopefully my results end of week or beginning of the next week.

Based on the results I will go ahead and decide if continue aromasin (if need to be prescribed by my endocrinologist of course) or start alphamax, either way I will have to stop SHIFT I guess, am i correct? 8 weeks are gone so I should.

Let me know what do you think guys, I could probably start alphamine or some other stack but I would like to stick to the plan, assuming that everything is ok with my bloodwork.

I was thinking to add 1 more day of cardio to my training program and add some carbs too, what do you think guys? or just some cardio.

Now that I won't take SHIFT from the next week my hunger will go up lol and I have still 6 weeks of cutting... advises please?
 
Ya you could add in some form of stimmed fat burner after your shift is done to help combat hunger if needed.

thanks :) obviously I will check first blood test results but I guess alphamine would be a great choice :) if only i would be able to get the new flavors :) I will have to wait until Ill be in Orlando :)

Nice session brosef. I bet that back was looking super thick after that gym outing. Good deal on the strength increases man. Something has to be doing he body good for sure!

then if everything is ok, I will discuss with my endocrinologist how to taper down the aromasin if needed and also I will talk about starting the Alphamax.

so hopefully from next week I will start Alphamax.

one thing I was thinking, since I have to stop SHIFT, I will put into the picture probably alphamine and also.... FOLLIDRONE? ha! what do you think? I was thinking:

assuming that everything is right my my blood of course, please share your thoughts, I have been reading a lot of info about stacking ABE with Follidrone and Alphamax here and it seems to be pretty cool stack for cutting too and to keep stength (Follidrone) and muscle fullness (ABE), I would be using ABE old formula tho.

let me know, please consider I am just "considering" the options :) It's been a long time, maybe more than 2months that I am not taking anything but SHIFT :)

since in ABE old formula there is --> 5-Androsten-3B, 7B-diol-17-one

is this a metabolite of DHEA? could this affect my Testosterone levels in a good or bad way? I mean, maybe taking it will make my T levels go down once stopped? I am just wondering since I read a lot of info related to this... I am a bit confused.... I knew that this was supposed to help with cortisol levels tho.

I have changed my mind tho, Viron could be better I guess since does not contain anything that would affect my free testosterone, am I wrong? any better than ABE?
 
You just ran F95 in shift the entire time, take time off. Law of diminishing returns on taking products for prolonged periods of times found in burners, boosters etc. that is why they need to be cycled.

Run all your supps past your doctor/endo That is why you see one. We are not your doctors. If your levels are low (Testosterone) you need to medically get them fixed (which i have tried to state for about 10 pages), not rely on test boosters.

You get your health once, don't let it slip away or get worse, the worse it can get the more you are going to hate yourself in the big picture (5-10-15 years down the road) if you have to get on forms of Hormone/Testosterone therapy due to not taking care of your health growing up.

My 2 cents.

regarding the health thing, I am taking care of it, I am doing actually what my endocrinologist told me to do and I have said that I will wait for bloodwork to see if I can run some supplements, cause here we are just talking about supplements, if bloodwork will be ok, I will then ask her about the supplements I would like to run, as I said 10cm above.

Regarding the T booster of course I don't rely on them, and I know you are not my doctors, I am just asking about which supplements/stack would you suggest to run as a stack or solo, on the above list, nothing else. I have just mentioned my situation that is it.
 
anyway I have decided to add just Follidrone or EP1C Unleashed, and continue with the original plan, assuming of course that my blood work will be ok and Endocrinologist will say "ok", if I will have to continue the aromasin I will finish my shift and continue only aromasin and diet+training :)

so now I am just wondering what would be better between follidrone and ep1c unleashed and I repeat, I am only asking lol I am not saying I will take it before knowing how my health is going lol

I am a bit hungry today, and I am following my diet so there is not apparent reason why I should be hungry lol, just hope I am not going to be feeling even more hungry when I stop SHIFT.

anyway I'll have my pre WO soon :) some blueberries+oats+select, can't wait to be in Orlando and try the "myoat***" oats :)
