Pretty good day getting a bit less painful each week which is a plus for sure
405 I just missed the groove on the sec rep they were yelling faster so I tried fast at the expense of form big no no with 405 over your face. So after that I wanted to work on the groove aspect instead of going up so tried to touch 355 with great success and a lot of discomfort lol. Crew told me they were spot on
Rest was my continued attempt to add some mass to my upper body

Edit: tried just DB shoulder presses and was getting a lot of clicking at the top no pain just could feel it that why I the arnold press variation
