Shoulderok×40 this morning reduced the weight 10 per side the switched grips 10 per side man already sweating

I can feel some clicking in my shoulder while doing them but no pain I hope with time this will open them up again
 
No gym today was all ready to go but got stuck cleaning a plane from 8am to 8pm came home ate a pizza cause I haven't had any food since 430 am. Think this is the first session I've missed in months pretty bumbed about it
 
Good to know if I wanted to cut to 198 it wouldn't be hard 210 this morning with my hafe ass eating and drinking yesterday

I wouldn't sweat it man. You are working again and making money. Powerlifting is a hobby and not our lives. Having balance will always lead to better results.
 
Thank lou just piss poor planning on my part should have went the day before early and I way under estimated the time it would take to do the job so I didn't pack my lunch or vitamins or anything thought about going this morning but too close to ME day imo

I also have a flexible schedule. What I mean is I always have the option to go on 1 of 2 days. As long as you have 72hrs in between the sessions I dont see why it would hurt your me day.
 
If I ever get back to my real job it will be more rigid bit for now I'll deal with what I got. Thanks for your insight

Great day, squats took a bit to get redialed in started to tuck my hips under instead sitting back took till my 500 set to fix it. I was shooting for 750 today but the boss loaded 730 which is fine it was slow on the way down bit flew up with better planned jumps next week I should hit my goal np

Deadlift
I don't think I get anything out of briefs on deadlift at least that I can tell I know I pulled a 10# pr with them but I pretty sure I could get that without. Down sets I fixed a form issue I had where I was getting my hips to low and squatting the weight up instead of popping it up

Feel pretty beat up atm but going out for Father's day tonight to avoid the rush tomorrow sushi woo hoo

So I'm thinking I may have to increase my calorie to 3400 on Saturday with these high intensity session I've really been feeling run down almost sick by the end of the day
 
100 extra cals? Say it ain't so....

If I did what you do on a typical lift day, I wouldn't question 4K...

Pretty good day getting a bit less painful each week which is a plus for sure

405 I just missed the groove on the sec rep they were yelling faster so I tried fast at the expense of form big no no with 405 over your face. So after that I wanted to work on the groove aspect instead of going up so tried to touch 355 with great success and a lot of discomfort lol. Crew told me they were spot on

Rest was my continued attempt to add some mass to my upper body

Edit: tried just DB shoulder presses and was getting a lot of clicking at the top no pain just could feel it that why I the arnold press variation
 
I use to get that click on incline presses but the Super D stuff eradicated that.

Strong pressing man.
 
Metal Viking I believe it's called. All my stuff is hand me downs so it's had some use

I was about to say, that seems like a weak shirt to touch 355. What size are your chest and arms? I might start letting go of my gear and I have 2 custom metal jack shirts.
 
Wide is where it's at in gear. My only problem is that I would shake like Dave Tate when my feet were monolift wide. I couldn't create torque at the top. But the squats themselves were awesome.

Gonna try this.. My belt already rides up my stomach as I bend down to grab the bar.

Squats were a bit iffy today weight felt light but I think I need to stretch my inner hip out more it get very tight when I try to push it out hard was going to lay a plate on it today but forgot also wanted 6 set of but on 4th set I got stuck so said screw it and dropped the weight down

Deadlift felt good paused band made it hard as hell had a couple hitch moments I think but still good work

Pulls are the most difficult thing ever bar kept wanting to twist and man I had to really pull the bar into my legs tore them up

Well, maybe not that high. I just tried it on and it digs into my ribs bad. I'll try it slightly lower, or just pound more calories.
 
I wear the top of the belt over my ribs. Works great. I have permabruising on my ribcage where my belt goes.
 
I like the belt high. Almost feels like a coil effect in bottom ranges of movements, and the lowest point of the back is usually pretty strong I think
