maximum shred on last week of cycle

This is the last week on a Epi/Tren cut. Started making bulletproof coffee in the mornings, and have been carb cycling all cycle . Cardio 3-4 times per week

Any tips to shred off the last couple pounds before pct? Cardio everyday? Twice a day? Diet change?

What do pros do 1 week out from a show?
 
I don't know the exact plan but you keep close track of your sodium and carbs and water.
 
Is your goal just to lose more fat or to actually have a peak week for a show or something?
 
Just drop some more fat before I have to pct.

Whats the max amount of carbs you reccomend? Right now im keeping it under 30 with less then half of that being sugar
 
Personally for serious shredding I think a psmf can't be beat. It's extreme but when you're on its money in the bank
 
Im 185lbs 12% bf (estimated) now.

Psmf does look pretty intense, the anabolics would help spare muscle too right? Its like a crash diet

It's quite intense but the results can be stellar. I'm actually running it in short bursts while on epi/tren as well and have seen amazing results. I do 12 days on, 2 day refeed at slightly above maint day 1 and right at maint day 2, then back to the psmf.
 
How much weight are you losing per week? I work a fairly active job, lifting and moving stuff all day.

None ;) weight has been within 1lb up or down for all 5 weeks I've been on. BF has decreased significantly though
