I dropped my ArA. The lethargy/fatigue was to much. Wanted to sleep whole day. So tired, lack of energy , some kind depressed feeling. After i quited, I feel like a new man. Never reacted to ArA like that before. BUT i have never been eating so much red meat and egg like I have been doing last months... so could be to much ArANo it wasn´t.
Usually i do:
Monday: Chest + Triceps
Tuesday: Back + Biceps
Wednesday: Lower body and ABS
Thursdays: Shoulders, Traps and Forearms
Friday: Chest + Triceps or Chest + Biceps
4/5 exercices for bigger groups and 2/3 for smaller groups, 3/4 sets of 8-12 reps for each exercice, except calves/traps/abs which i workout in the 20/25 reps range.
Maybe it´s a coincidence and this lack of energy isn´t related with ArA.. i know some other factors can contribute to it. And honestly last two months were really intensive, i increased the weights for a good amount since i started to take PA and later ArA.

Need someone to take that ArA off your hands?![]()

If you've increased the intensity a lot recently, you will begin to experience fatigue.
Any pre-workouts?
Only Beta Alanine and Taurine. Can´t take stimulants due to my Anxiety.

In this third week, lethargy is hitting me really hard. Not much energy to workout and i had to drop the weights, but strength isn´t my main goal. Size is, and concerning to that, it seems it´s working fine. Since i started to take PA and later added ArA, some people asked what i was taking lol.
DOMS still the same (almost none) but i started to feel some painful pumps when working out.
I guess this lethargy and "lack of strength" are due to inflammation and increased recovery time, so it´s doing what it´s supposed to do![]()
What's the best multi to run with ArA? I have always used OT for my multi, but need something without anti-inflammatory properties. Anything COST EFFECTIVE with good dosing to keep my bases covered?

Multi-vitamins are inherently "anti-inflammatory" in general.
As NomZ stated, just dose away from your workout, as you should be doing that anyways.
I haven't felt the lethargy side before but hopefully that clears up for you. Mindful that if your doing volume/ intensity heavy sessions that lethargy could be a normal issue associated with that as well.
Hey #Jiigzz, quick question....
I am curious if we know what tissues ArA is known to inflame? I have a old elbow injury that has had me staying away from ArA, but I'm more so concerned with any inflammatory response that would affect blood vessels.
I'm pretty healthy, but have a family history of heart disease at an early age so I don't wanna risk inflaming arteries etc., even for a relatively short period of time.
Thoughts on if I should just stay away from x-gels?
Thanks!

If you only had the old elbow injury, I would say give it a try if you wanted. If the injury flared up horribly, stop dosing ArA. But with the family history of heart disease at an early age, I wouldn't recommend arachidonic acid.

I'd most likely avoid it due to a family history, but I doubt a cycle of ARA would have anywhere near the effect of say, an inflammatory diet.
Yes i agree but i think it might make it worse??
