Whuuuuuh.... KilaCali and Puccah's a^* kickin' AgeForce HG

I was jst telling a friend of mine about that, before it was the "date rape" drug it was and probably is still sometimes used to bmp that gh at night.. never tried it myself but im sre its awesome, I need something like that, I got sleep apnea on top of insomnia.. since I started these patches though I have notice a longer deeper sleep

decided to start with some unilater supersets w/db's

incline bench 3x12 w/
bent over db row's 3x12-15 (since the db's only go to 75lbs at this place i utilized rest pause with nice long stretches and held the contraction at the top for 3 seconds until my lats almost spasmed off my body)

flat bench db press 3x10 again w/ 3x10-12
bent over db rows

already had a painfully large upper body pump going by the last set of incline's..

incline BB bench 3x18, 14, 11. 135/165/215 (started at 35 degree's, moved to 55-60 second set, finished with 75-80 degree's) just before it turned into more of a sholder front press.. super set w/
BB bent over wide grip row's 3x16, 14, 11 (adding 25lbs each time, started at 185)

BB flat bench 3x20/19/17 165 (kind of a burnout set for me, last set; really slow negative and positive)
superset w/ reverse grip BB row (my bread and butter usally for back and numbers, NOT TODAY) 3x14, 11, 9 185/215/265

so yea, supersets kicked my ass in a major way, but the pumps during and in between were insane, wish i could look like that all year round, vascularity shows up for the party in the form of what looks like heavyduty electrical/cable chords
probably gained around 2 inches easily on all body parts, sometimes i wonder where all that extra thickness comes from and goes!

on to the machines!

wide grip pulldowns 3x15 185 (nice controlled tempo, let the weight pull my upper lats out til they feel like their gonna tear off my body, pull the bar down to almost mid chest and getting nice contraction in there..)
superset w/ D-ring handle incline cable flyes, 40lbs? (4 plates each side) 3x15,15, drop set 3x removing plates after each set of 12-15

reverse grip pulldown 3x12,12,10 (205/215/225)
superset with decline bench pushups 3x15 (15 was the number of failure pushing the last 2, then 3, then 4 out)

hammer/neutral grip pullups 3x12-15 (the range i hit failure each time) superset w/
close grip dips 3x12-15 (again the point of failure started at 15, then down to 12)

45lb dumbbell pullover on bench, 3x12-15

all and all, it was a pretty eventful day, a couple little exercises i left out nothing special thogh, i was able to hit every aspect of the back, ill save deadlifts/back extensions for core day Saturday so to keep back fresh for legs tomorrow.... my pump stuck with me until about an hour afterwards, i can still feel it but most of it remains to be seen now unfortunately.. i jst figure if i keep training and when i decide to drop a little more bodyfat i cold possibly look like i do on a full pump all day..? maybe.. hAH


the patch stayed on the entire time amazingly and i forgot it was even there until not long ago.. might be working its little magic, i seem to notice my body fighting more for recovery lately then the actual workout part.. workouts have been rough lately but i think its just outside causes and one or two internal being the spider bite im recovering from... need that hGH patch to really kick!!

Well, not very much actually.. i used to run it 2 months on, 3 months off using other ones for the 3 months off, but the last 4 years I've pretty much settled with the 1 muscle group a day 5 days a week routine adding or taking away certain things weekly to keep them growing like heavy one week light the next, heavy and light in one week, supersets/giant sets etc.. on certain days.. but lately i haven't had a whole lot of time to get in there my whole day and night has been taken up, so i decided to do this for this week and just kind of go from there bt i know since im a hardgainer and tryin to bulk for the most part when i do routines like this i really have to raise the intake of protein/carbs/calories.. i don't mind it every once and a while, like i said the pumps are just insanely huge and uncomfortable lol

Nice log so far! Recovery should start to get easier and easier. Great workouts from you both.

that's what im looking forward too! I can kind of feel a little aided recovery, I think the IGF-1/MGF has already kicked a little bit, my blood sugar/appetite seems to feel more under control which would strictly be from the IGF I know that for a fact from experience...
 
so last night I slept with my hGH patch on, wore it a total of 11 hours and I actually feel like my body made a huge jmp in recovery, not really feeling so sore, even with issues ive been having totally non-training related.. noticed my hair growing faster and nails as well and im feeling a lot better then I have been, I can honestly say I feel these working their little magic more and more day by day, just little things ya know? bt some of those little things have been setting me back here and there...

Question for the AgeForce Guys;

you guys think if I threw in some IGF-1LR3 and/or GhRP it wold supercharge this stack??given the IGF-1Lr3 is supposed to be the topdog when it comes to IGF1 and the GhRP for GH jst pondering on it, not set on doing anything different, jst thinking things through, and I've always been the type to go all or nothing and wanna take FuLL advantage of whatever im running I have to throw in 110% effort.

I don't know if it's the Dermacrine or the Maca or the fact I've been hitting the weights real hard lately but....I had to take a second look at the opening sentence in your post. Maybe it's because I haven't seen my girl all weekend. :( Too much test and know place to put it. Guess I'll be lifting again tonight!

Thank you! I wasn't really feeling the gym last night and my workouts don't last very long anymore. An hour and 15 mins is stretching it for me.

I agree, sometimes you cant pull yourself out of the gym, and thse mini workouts can work wonders, sometimes more strength/physique enhancement out of those, ive read a lot of research and learned fromm firsthand experience after 30-45 minutes of training your body starts to burn/eat up precious muscle tisse cause your glycogen stores are depleted even with the help of supps during your routine, I ran a routine for 6-8 weeks to test it out when I was training other people I made sure we all exercised no longer then 45 mintes no matter the body part, some weeks going heavier, lower reps with longer rest intervals, others with higher reps/intensity and 30-45 second rest

I will tell you the gains were amazing, as well as the muscle definition and fat loss, we all felt less tired, at times didn't need as much protein/carbs/cals for recovery.. was working really good for a few people that already had lean physiqes case they were still gaining LBM well getting more cut up.. to this day I still try to finish certain days up in 45 minutes or less and it still works wonders.. of course im not recommending strictly anything as always, cause every routine/move/amount of time has its use.

Thats definitely one of the positive sides from GH. Enhanced sleep & recovery in shorter times :)
 
Today was a good day! I didn't want to train but my stubbornness wouldn't let me go home. I did some back and chest super sets and I included some abs in there as well. I ended my session with 15 mins of rowing and I was out. I will wake up early for some circuit training. Definitely a no makeup day tomorrow.

update;
my weekend sucked but I was able to kill legs on Saturday with 8-10 sets of squats in all stances (in close/regular/sumo) with different weights all the way from 165 to 275, followed by 8 sets of leg press warm up at 3 plates each side regular stance, after that it was straight to 10 plates total, then 12, then 12 with two quarters, wide stance first 4 sets, in close last 4 sets, followed with calf raises 4 sets regular footing 25reps/18/15/12 (added two plates after the first set then stuck it out at 8 plates..

threw in 3 sets of standing Arnold DB presses, 3 sets smith machine front presses, 3x each of bent over lat raises/ side lat raises with behind the head military press burnouts in the squat rack with a dime and nickel on each side of 45lb bar. had massive pump entire time and what seemed like endless energy, vascularity starting to show more in legs, and shoulders specially, will post some pics in a couple days

as for today, I would love to forget about it, and hopefully when I crash out soon enough mybe this hgh patch will aid in me getting a good sleep and forgetting about it.. had just enough time to get a little back routine in the gym..

warmup reg grip bent over bb rows 135 x 20

seated neutral grip rows(freaking love these with the perfect form they really bring my chest and back out) 3x15/12/12 165/185 <-these ones are even harder to make out, Im just gonna count plates from now on..

sidenote: I tend to feel like franco or Arnold doing those seated rows, I get the biggest damn pump and stretch on those with what I consider flawless form(gonna have to make a vid so you all can see what im talking about!) I start to feel like a spectacle feeling eyes from everywhere looking at me and I can see in reflections and peripheral vision men and woman all around waiting to do their sets to stare at me like their possibly thinking of challenging me or something?

ANYWAYS supersetted those with back extension machine instead of deads(like to have special days for those usually) 4x15/15/12 135/175/175

neutral grip pull-ups 4xAMRAP (as many reps as possible) today turned out to be 15,12,9,7 superset with lying parallel bench DB pullover with 45lb DB for 4x 12-15

not quite sure if the patches are doing anything yet, however I think the igf IS cause I been noticing on days when I wear it that my appetite is massive, my body feels like its literally incinerating everything that gets close to it (protein/carbs/calories) and currently 5 out of 7 days the last couple weeks I've been on somewhat of a dirty bulk, everything seems to be going to the rght places though.

Chest day tomorrow.

hypothetically speaking im saying if someone were to wear an HGH patch every 2 days, or maybe wear two patches instead of one... ?? Everyone responds a little differently. The dose is set as to not be "too" much. Obviously if you stick them all over yourself,it may cause problems. Jack it up the last month and give it a go. If you are willing to guinea pig yourself,I'll take notes. \^^/

With my HGH log I am thinking the first month at 1 day on 4 days off, and then bringing it in to 1 day on 3 days off. But I'll do a bit of research first.

for sure, gotta get that backround.. I been noticing a slight reaction with the igf-1 patche s irritating my skin lately, ill have a couple bumps with some redness up to a few hours after, nothing big barely noticeable, it started with some slight itching thogh.. keeping an eye on it of course.

measure everything out. You have to know where you are starting at, so that you can get to the finish line :bigok:

Thats whats up! Thats the best way to make sure your on point. Even something like preparing your shake and meal before you hit the gym can really make a difference for me. It doesnt taste as fresh, but keeps me on point.

I've had this issue as well. It goes away with no problems. Maybe try another spot. At the very least rotate.
