Olympus Labs Conqu3r has a full suite of effective dosages for focus, energy and pump without being a stim bomb.

We also have a stim-free version which I like for evening workouts.
 
In addition to Conqu3r I think Legion Pulse is pretty solid with effective dosing of ingredients and no prop blend to hide behind.

I can vouch for Conqu3r. The stimfree version is great if you don't need the stims, but but the focus and pumps...
 
White Rapids with a bronkaid would be great. Add a scoop of high volume and that combo would be hard to beat.

Tons of good stuff out there. To be honest, I enjoy the pre-workouts out now more than what was in the past. But then again, what I want is functionality and not the feeling of being on speed lol.

I've used one from a non-sponsor for about a year and really enjoy it (good doses of beta alanine, agmatine, betaine, some nitrates, caffeine, etc.). When they released the label for White Rapids, I have to say, that one really caught my eye at 2 scoops, as well. Hoping to try it out once it hits ;)

There's no gelatin in it so I think it should be okay, but tbh I'm not 100% sure.

FWIW there is the following warning on the label ..
Allergen Warning: Made in a facility that may also process ingredients containing Milk, Egg, Soy, Wheat, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, and Shellfish.
 
Myokem nitramine...... 150mgs of caffeine and crazy laser focus..
 
I can really recomend Pre Gro from Istori.

At 2 scoops mood,focus,drive,pump nd strength are definatly increased..

The only pwo that have made me push myself to puke levels on other bodyparts than legs.

This is one I have been wanting to give a try.
 
Definitely not all stuffed full of caffeine.

i have tried just about every "hardcore" Pwo thats out there and in my opinion VPX Redline White Heat ( the old US version) is the most potent by far.

Pretty sure they put some amphetamine like substance in the v1 version, the effect can´t possibly come from AMP+coffeine alone.

it really depends on what you are looking for in a Pre-Workout.

my personal choice recently has been Prime Nutrition Max-HP... yes it high in caffeine, but it has the pump compounds you need, no dyes or colors or fillers, sweetened with Stevia.

I add some Creatine and extra GMS to it.


For non-stim PreWO I have always been a fan of Hemavol, or HVol (allmax)

Antaeus Labs makes a great pump product thats a little different: Thunderbolt. Take this with a double shot of espresso and you're G2G. Maybe add Creatine and GMS, although you could just add that to Aminos for peri-workout drink.

I got a sample of the Performix Ion and tried it Tuesday, I thought it was Great!! Pumps were out of this world!
 
Performix Ion made me feel pretty sick during my workouts, but most pre workouts do. I'm using Metabolic Nutrition ESP now which has AMP Citrate in it, I love it but I've been having pretty bad heart palpitations lately so I have to stop any stimulants until I can get in with the doctor. But if you can get a pre workout with AMP Citrate or DMBA HCL.
 
I found im only happy when I make my own... usually something like this

250mg caffeine
5mg yohimbe
2scoops hemavol

I double scoop though, so still kinda spends, then when I stack hemavo2 it gets even more expensive, oh well such is life I guess, pay for quality
 
OP, if you haven't made up your mind on anything yet Purus Labs has condense out there w/200mg of caffeine per scoop & stacking that w/NOxygen would produce some intense pumps.
 
CONQU3R DGE and you will never need to turn back again bottom line. The over effects acute and cumulative will carry your efforts for quite some time

I like the white rapids one Sean1332; because it is low caffeine. I am sensitive to things like that. Actually i don't use any PWO but i am training 6 days a week and i think it might help on some of the days when i am feeling tired, and sore. Sat mornings are worst haha.
