I have an old wobbly bench at home, so your saying I should use it? lol
Nice killer arm workout there!
lol
It was kind of like this, but all the added weight was on the bands.

Here u go
Perfect. I didn't quite go heavy enough for that much shaking. lol
I can see this causing more injuries than helping unless you are experienced and check your ego at the door. The first vid the guy is wasting his time since the 45lb plates on the bar counter any wobble. The 2nd vid, the guy went to heavy on that last set. I understand the concept but the shoulder joint is a complex joint and you don't want a lot of "wobble" translating into the joint. Can aggravate arthritis and cause scraping which could lead to bone spurs. Just my opinion of course.

I just didn't have anything left in that last set/AMRAP.
I wore calf high compression dock and they don't do ****, except maybe make me pull the bar on my shins more. Put two holes in them and have red lines up my shins. Gonna order better socks today.
10 felt heavy, but I thought I could pull an 11th. Where the video stops is where I went back down. I don't know if I gave up because I knew I already hit the PR or if I was just done.

I did those shoulder band mobility stretches again that I mentioned from Duramax the other day. I was thinking… That if I can get my shoulders to bend naturally back more, then my elbows can go further back on my squat and take more pressure off my biceps.
That's it! We're kicking you out of the gym for dropping weights during your deadlifting! Oh, and we saw the chalk dust too!
lol. Very nice deadlifting brother! Strong!!!
You were quick on that set in the video . It's obvious you stepped up the tempo! And yep, yet another PR!
Lol - Mark nailed it, no planet fitness for you!
I got reebok knee high crossfit socks and theyre protecting my shins pretty good, had them for about 3 months and no holes in them yet... before i got them i drew blood every deadlift session
Metal makes good ones and captainjacked
Those are the 2 brands I'm going to try next
Nice pr I think your on to something there with those traveling deadlifts lol
Nice deads Thomas. Was wondering about the socks. Thanks for the others input as well, as I need to get something.
Embrace the shin marks!
This.
Great job today.
Embrace the shin marks!
I got expensive tattoos thou lol
Nice work man, I'd hate to lift with those hex plates lol. And if you pull while touching your shins you'll probably always have red lines there, socks or not. The protection just keeps blood from being drawn.
Another PR??!! Just insane!! You made it look like 100lbs! Awesome work!
At meets I just pull in thin knee high black generic sports socks, but in training I have these thick, warm awful broccoli green socks my gf wore in some theater production w/ a red line at the top, and I can pull them just past my knee caps. They look like a lousy homemade Christmas gift. But they keep me from breaking skin perfect and haven't worn at all in countless in deadlift sessions.
Hey man, rest those shoulders and have a great Memorial weekend!
U sore from the K Starr stretchs I've done them 3 days in a row so far and my shoulders are feeling much better
Reminded me of you!!

Lol. Wearing them now for yard work then again later at the beach.
Burnt, tired, and my diet has been horrible.
.
Never wear knee sleeves while pulling; I wear long socks that go just over my knee caps. But sleeves are going to catch the bar and mess w/ both your lift and the sleeves potentially. Tried it several times and just wasn't worth the friction.
4 days out of the gym is an eternity.
I'd kill someone.
I cannot wait to OHP tomorrow. 4 days out of the gym is an eternity.
Just did 3 and I thought I'd hate it but it was excellent. I've actually been adding extra workouts the last 2 weeks so my body was glad for the rest I think. Went in and squat a rep PR earlier with another left in the tank, and everything felt light, so can't complain.
I somehow left a freezer door cracked while I was away. Lost most of what was in there. I'll be eating ham, brats, and sausages the next few days because they had to be cooked or tossed. They had slightly thawed because they were closer to the top of the freezer. Things at the top that were salvageable? Steaks. Yeah, buddy. Mostly lost junk like fries, etc. lol
