You should see how I set up on some of my first reps. I shake my heiny like I do on squats. lol

Thanks Kat.

Doughnuts = PRs

I might live in an Igloo but I am not Eskimo. lol I am actually British. Born in England, raised in Canada...

Nice PR Thomas!

This cannot be proven until we see a picture....

Thanks man.

Soreness or something in my left leg or knee. Not sure yet. It started a little before the deads but stopped after the first warmup set. Now feels... Different.

Tingling?? Middle leg...lol I thought we had that talk about birds, bees, and Eskimos...lol

How's the knee feeling now?

I'm not sure it's the knee. I keep trying to move it around and nothing triggers any pain or discomfort. The Helix WUs I've been doing may be causing someone with the circular movement, but I'm not certain this is a thing.

That's pretty sweet

I really like it. You can grab the handles and sit way back into a deep squat and cycle, and activate everything. I only do 2 minutes, because my quads start to burn good. If I ever do cardio...

New headphones came in. They work great, and they're wireless. If ever you guys are looking for anything discounted, checkout iOffer dot com. Usually ships from China, but you're buying direct from the factory. Before it hits the Beats inventory, etc.

Much needed rest day. I've had bruises on my quads for 3 weeks from DLs. Maybe that's why my knee feels worn.

Tomorrow is likely a rest day too.

Yeah, give those knees a rest. You've been stressing them on squats and deads for weeks now. Much needed!

Got these in today. I'll see tomorrow how well they work. I rarely use clips because my gym has spring clips that suck to use.

I work tomorrow, but will catch up on everyone's log. I was told to take it easy so everyone else had enough work (pathetic, really).

May get up and do OHP

Plus one on OHP. Shouldn't be hard on the knees and hopefully won't aggravate the elbows.

Did some hip work like was in video. If my knee feels like this Monday then I'll skip squat triples and jump straight to a deload. It doesn't scare me yet, but I don't want to get to that point. Bicep pain I can work through. Knees, well...

Used those (type collars) tons. They are the best I think.

Dude Vogelpohl Pulls are man-makers. Best I've worked up to is balancing a 135lb SSB on my neck while pulling a 275lb bar for 4 reps (belted). 410x4 while slow and balancing - I'm honestly pretty proud of that. And you can not let go of the bar. If you reset, you risk losing your balance and dumping the SSB lol

Not sure I'd recommend these; idk how safe they are. But I was WORKED.

Up and at it; OHP and lats. I'll regret not sleeping in later, I'm sure.

I'm awake to. Haven't slept well all night. Even pounding g8 before I laid down. Refusing to get up based on principle. I'm old lol. It's not cool to be up at 3am on a Saturday. Especially when it's insomnia and not the bar keeping me up. Haha

Get up and hit those weights!

One of the best things about getting up this early is that (usually) it's easy going to bed at night.

Hitting the weights this early im afraid they gonna hit back

Lol. After doing this for 2 years I actually prefer it this early. On a Saturday this early, there's likely to be no one in there.

I get to try out my new headphones and barbell clips too.

I can't think of the name right now. I'll get a picture later.

I ordered them from iOffer. Most of that stuff comes straight from the manufacturer in China at a fraction of the cost. These were $30, I think. Bluetooth, fm radio (waste we that is lol), sd card, and pretty loud too.

We bought kiddo Beats from this website, and got the Monster pair for about $80. Granted, he broke them In a couple weeks.

This is where I feel the uncomfortableness in my knee.

I feel it in the downward stepping of a walk, or trying to bend the knee and the opposite direction of which its supposed to go. I don't feel it when bending it or squatting.

On a bright note, shoulder and bicep felt 100% good. Been working on belly tightness too in between sets. You know what I mean if you watched that video...

Lacrosse (or similar) ball. Massaging out the calf helps me with that area too

Hmmm, if you have energy for "this" cardio then you were slacking in the gym and thinking about doing "cardio"...lol

A little something I came across, just for Thomas Register...

Steal me one! lol

You are a stud Sean...

Those were in eBay otherwise I would...

Sorry to hear about the pain in the back of the knee. At least your shoulder and bicep pain is gone. It seems that pain doesn't really go away. It just changes locations.
