Today was shoulders... Boulder shoulders!

1 scoop of FEROX, energy was great, focus was good, pump was mind blowing as usual!

Side lateral DB's-

25x failure (6 sets)

When I hit failure I rested for 2-3secs and would go again.. Really forces blood in there.

Rear felt fly's-

25x failure (4 sets)... Pause at the top, rest when I hit failure then carry on again.

Smith machine shoulder press-

Concentrating on the contraction and feeling the muscle fill with blood.

25lb each side + 45lb bar x failure (4 sets)

Cable side laterals-

30x failure (4 sets)

Machine shoulder press-

35x failure, kept this light too for the pump and contraction. (4 sets)

So that concluded shoulders today, overall a really good session and prob the hardest shoulder workout I've had in a LONG time.

They are soo sore already, only 13hours later :)

So today was leg day.. Felt super exhausted today and my focus wasn't 100%...

I knew it would be a battle as soon as I woke up so I actually took 1 1/2 scoops today.

I have to admit that it upped my focus for the workout but my energy was at a low point. Still tried to beast it as much as possible though.


Front squats-

So that's it for leg day, not as beastly as I was hoping but hey... It happens sometimes.

I think I'm building a tolerance to FEROX though...

I took 1 1/2 scoops today and felt like it hit me harder in terms of focus and pump... Energy was roughly the same!!

Considering that's a total of:

Caffeine- 675mg
Yohimbine- 4.5mg

Those 2 ingredients Alone should have blown my mind... But it wasn't anything crazy... Shows how stim tolerant I am!

Anyway...

Flat BB bench-

5 min stretching with a band.

135 x12-15 (2 sets)
225x 3-5 (3 sets)

I'm a little annoyed that my bench is slacking, it's normal for me though... Can never maintain strength on bench.

Incline DB bench into Incline DB fly's-

DB bench, 90x failure (4 sets) into 35x failure fly's. (4 sets)

Incline plate loaded hammer press-

1x45 each side x failure (20+ reps) 4 sets

Cable fly's-

45x failure, negatives with a squeeze at the top. (3 sets)

Standing Pec dec-

110x failure (4 sets)

Seated chest press-

170x failure, pause at the bottom of each rep. (6 reps) 4 sets.

And that's it for chest, great workout and great pump... The focus was seriously on point today!!!

stims have a way of doing that, especially caffeine. You can build up a tolerance to it real quick.

Never tried DMAA, but I've tried much harder stims in my 20's. After taking some years off of all
sims except for caffeine Im much more sensitive to them. Sometimes your body just needs a break.

IMO nothing I've ever taken has come close to DMAA. Stuff have me tunnel vision like never before.

How stim sensitive are you? Most of the time people seem to recommend 1/2 scoop. It's got a scoop adviser on the side of the tub.. Done by weight-

<150lb- 1/4 - 1/2 scoop
<200lb- 1/2 - 1 scoop
>200lb- 1 scoop

Love volume, has changed my physique dramatically in the past year.

You definitely do a lot of volume. Thats been my goal for the last month to increase my volume

Yeah for sure I used to do like 3-4 exercises for only 8-10 reps every session.

Then in my head I thought I would grow better and become stronger with a lot more reps... It worked :)
 
Today was Legs!!! Was getting pumped before this workout as I was going for a heavy single on squats.
