Seated plate dips-
2x 45 each side x failure, 1 plate each side x failure (3 sets)
CGBP-
225x 2, 135x failure, Bar x failure (4 sets)
Tricep cable pulldowns (rope)-
Stack x failure, 135x failure, 90x failure, 45x failure (4 sets)
Dips-
BW x failure... Rest for a second or 2 then go again to failure... Repeat 4 times. (3 sets)
That's it for arms... Pump was just crazy as usual... Energy was perfect and focus was bang on too!
Reverse curls-
70x failure, 45x failure (3 sets)
Wrist curls-
70x failure, 25x failure (4 sets)
