Personally I have used dyno but i have used presurge and I liked it but you'll just have to look at the ingredients and see which product is better for what you're wanting. I'd recommend presurge but i cant say a lot since i havent used dyno.
 
I've sampled dyno, the flavor is amazing but the profile is sub-par. I'm guessing you're choosing between these two because of the buy one get one sale on bb?
 
Not sure on either of those products, but I know what I look for in a pre-workout (in no particular order) :

- agmatine
- beta alanine
- betaine
- citrulline malate
- caffeine

There are other things, but those are the keys for me, generally. And at the appropriate doses! Not just randomly listed on there.
 
Ergonine by athletix has a really solid profile. Get a bottle of caffeine and that'd be a great option. also ive enjoyed recently this pre called prodigy by underground performance

That indeed has a good one.

The new Controlled Labs White Rapids has a profile I really like at 2 scoops.

Plenty of others, as well.
