What is your favorite cheat meal?

Chocolate Shoppe Cookie Dough:

As I ventured down the pint I did run into some legit size cookie dough pieces. Small round balls that you would get when making a customized ice cream at coldstone. These were full size balls of cookie dough, that were soft, light, and packed a dense amount of cookie dough flavor. Combine that with a cookie dough base and the flavoring was very strong. Strong enough to the point i questioned if I should pour myself a cup of milk on the side. The liquid chocolate chips remind me of baked chocolate chips biting into a cookie right out of the oven. Melt in your mouth and scattered all over the place. After a few spoonfuls they were hit or miss throughout the pint. Besides only a half dozen cookie dough balls and a lacking amount of chocolate chips this will get a B Grade.

Grade: B

Now That Looks GREAT !!

Just had our "best of advisory food day". Bacon Mac and cheese, honey bun cake, mini cheesecakes, bacon bread, mashed potatoes, cheesy potatoes, chicken and rice, peanut butter rice crispys. Last full day of highschool. I had to live a little :)

And our food line looked on point. All homemade by students

^how do you just swallow bite after bite like that. Fckn nuts.

I don't even want to imagine pooping that out the next day. I would need to go somewhere just in case I clogged my toilet.

Thats the whole thing to Competitive eating, its not about chewing, its about breaking it down as fast as possible and using water to chase it down.

I understand that, just insane how they swallow huge chunks of food like that without any chewing.

New Orleans Ice Cream Co. Banana's Foster:

As I worked through the pint I was very displeased with the amount of real banana pieces. I got one banana piece throughout my entire pint. Besides the amazing Burnt Brown Sugar Caramel Tasting glaze the banana base on its own is pretty mediocre. The title is misleading as its more of a caramel/banana base. The nutmeg and raisin I will say are in every single bite as a minor aftertaste that is faint. Overall they did a good job to replicate the dessert, but failed when it came to the mix-in aspect of the banana pieces.

Graeter's Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chip

Overall this is a good pint (Cookies and Cream, Black Raspberry, and Buckeye Blitz being my top 3 with Salted Caramel Fudge Brownie coming in 4th). A slight downgrade because I am not the biggest fan of alcohol but the uniqueness won back some points. If you are a nut lover (pecans), and enjoy diversity with a bourbon base this may strike you. Graeter's will always be known for their massive and delicious chocolate chips. You can always count on Graeter’s for sticking to what has made them famous….great bases with huge mix ins.

Spending the week in Lexington, Kentucky for work. Living in Jersey I never had the opportunity to try Graeters. I've only read about it on here. I saw a shop and had to stop in. Holy ****!!! Blows Ben and Jerry's away!

How many times have i said that ^^^^
What flavor did you grab?

I read it so many times that I actually got excited when I saw the shop. I got the buckeye blitz and chocolate chip cookie dough. I sampled some others. All were good.

Going back tomorrow. Had to stop myself from going tonight too.

Had a sausage platter at Berghoff german pub today downtown Chicago. Boar sausage, venison sausage and duck sausage with spätzle and caramelized vegetables. Also had a liter of their home brewed dark beer.

Overall Ben & Jerry's took a stab with this limited batch and throwing new aspects into their ice cream. I was a little let down with the strength in flavor the raspberry base offered. The marshmallow and raspberry swirls on the other hand made up for the lacking flavor in the base. Each spoonful combined the aspects of the swirls to compliment the base to enhance this pint. Lastly the inclusion of the Dark & White Fudge Ice Cream cones was a hit. These mix-ins are big in size, plentiful in amount, and provide a melt in your mouth mix-in.

Chocolate is always a win! What type of dumplings are those?

they are hand made Chinese dumplings (north east cuisine i think?), they are steamed or panfried but i like steamed better because of the sauce when you bite into it and that is my fav part.

Talenti Tiramisu Gelato

Besides a good base, and a slight swirl this pint really does not have much more to offer. I personally enjoyed HD better because the flavoring was denser and the ladyfinger pieces included added an incredible mix-in. Talenti's coffee base is mild, but allows the mascarpone to shine through. The cheesiness isn’t overpowering and blends well with the coffee flavor. Combined with the hints of cocoa, you’re getting a good replica of a Tiramisu Gelato. Add in the ribbon of dulce de leche and that is Talenti Tiramisu in a nutshell.

No pics of the food but just got back from the Yard House. Vampire Tacos with Truffle Fries and 2x half yards of angry orchard cider!

But they serve Tasmanian King Crab and those things are waaayyy bigger than that

Last time I was in Australia we ordered one at a Chinese restaurant, took the requisite photos with it while it was alive, and got 3-4? dishes out of the meat. Forget the others, but there a was crab noodle concoction that was served in the shell itself. That was pretty cool.

kdubson14; I know what you are talking about! snow crabs.. they are giant, and they are tasty and i mirin them in the tanks every time i go out for chinese. But so expensive though.. like its meant to be for special occasions only.
however I swear if someone asked me out to eat snow crab and the noodle dish, i don't care who it is I will be saying yes!
