So I took an epi tren cycle a few months back and seemed to have acquired a small lump under each of my nips. I am finishing up a cycle of super dmz 3.0 now and am wondering if ralox and nolva will take care of it during pct or if letro is needed. This is the first time this has happened to me so any help is appreciated! What is the protocol for letro and is it after pct? Thanks!
 
Letro is usually the best way.

I would suggest letro, ramping up then ramping down after the lump is gone, combined with 6-8 weeks of ralox 60mg/day.

I would start it ASAP as well.
