Restarting

Yeah, been one for almost a year I think. Muscle Fiber, Active Amino, Creatine Energy, Stimul8, New Max Pump, and G8 are all staples I use on a regular basis. Muscle Fiber is a must!

I'm using up some xcel products I got then I'll load up for sure. I was using ur guys products pretty faithfully about a year ago my self with nothing less than superb results.
 
Haven't had spinach in a while. Gotta get on that. Looks good man.
 
The food pics I been putting up the past couple days are the best I've eaten in months tbh. I already feel better. I'm a dummy for getting so far off track again

No calories yet. Fighting off junk. Had 2-3 oz organic pepper jack cheese and a naked protein shaked from sheetz while I'm on the move

Steel cut oats
2 tbsp natty pb powder
A little less 1/8 cup almond milk.
 
Gym time. Gonna start with some mobility work for a good 15-30 mins the try to get some solid back work in. Some shots of lunch up as well when I'm back
 
Got some decent work in. All lifts were from ground up back work(deads , rows , etc) and band work for a few break up sets all from sky down. (Squatting lat pulls and kneeling single arm lat pulls). Some bag and mobility work as well.

Was pretty slammin. Thanks man it's hard eating good when u haven't for such a long time. But I ain't had nothing breaded/fried/sweetened. Nothing to drink except water , almond milk , protein in the past 4 days. So far so good. Prolly continue my sort of care free portion control for another 7-10 days then start dialing meals/macros in

Workouts look solid, food looks amazing, and your progress a combination of your hard work and info from these cats in AM is awesome. I too have learned a great deal from all involved. The mass thread was over long ago my friend. I can link you to it if u care to read it also. And i couldn't agree more that the guys here have helped me along the way and have taught me tons. Opened doors for me. Hooked me up continually along they way since day one. But feel free to follow along and toss your .02 in whenever ud like

Here of late I been finding some extra free time. Blowing my post up is helping me stay off junk food lol. Ty for the help and all
 
Well I'm up and at it. Today is leg day but might turn into a rest day. My whole body is stiff/sore this morning. This early into training again I'm teetering on my final decision. Don't wanna rest day already but more often than not the majority of my lifting injuries come from ego.
 
Maybe Rest/Cardio day...

Well I don't know how many Americans are at the park today but imma take the hound there for a while. What's the 280 stat?? People doing nothing active??lol. Do some active resting with him rather that be a complete lazy turf

First meal of my easy day.

4 oz chicken
1/2 orange bp
1/2 cup cheese
1/4 cub diced jalapeño almonds
1-2 bag romaine salad mix
3 tbsp light cucumber dressing
 
What is a jalapeno almond?

No clue on cals to be honest. And prolly won't start tracking for about 5-8 more days. Just been eating when/what I want when im hungry. Just all really clean meals. I been eating crap for months so taking baby steps. When I start tracking imma run 3 week splits at 2800/2500/2000 then after those 9 weeks bump back up to 2500 and see how I'm sitting
 
2500 to 2000 is a big reduction at one time. Might I suggest if you are going to go below 2500 to do it in 100 increments per week.
