Staggered throughout the day?

I take 5000iu Vit D.+ 1000mg Omega 3+50mg zinc+ vit B compound+ 500mg magnesium + iron[temporary while I recover from anemia]+revastrol+ 400iu vitamin E.

All at once fine or absorption issues or better absorption if spaced throughout the day?

Hydrate plenty at work and urine is clear if that matters.

Another question...are some better to consume in the evening before bed?
 
Most have no difference,

Fat soluble should be taken with meals

No need before bed but some people claim better sleep with zinc/magnesium

IMO take it with breakfast you are good,
Unless they are doctor recommended then ask them
 
No. Just proactive use except for the Iron. Dr. orders, and that is OTC from Sundown and similar.

Sure the doc told you but take the iron away from dairy or calcium

Many dose it at night daily but however it works for you
 
Been doing some research on Iron and Athletes - good timing :) Anyone here supplement Iron? I was surprised to see it in VitaJym (18mg) - which got me looking into it.
 
I regularly donated blood as it is a special type plus excessive exercise led to iron depletion. More red meat + iron supplementation+ no more blood donation. I use Sundown Naturals. 65mg daily
 
Its less common in men I hope people dont needlessly start using it

My dad has hemochromatosis and has to give blood regularly to lower his.

I generally opt for all with dinner (only reason being that I'm on levothyroxine and it's easier to just avoid the multi in the morning and dose it at night away from it).

I take my levo at night and do the opposite lol
 
Take iron with vit C, only under a nutritioniat or doctors instructions following a blood test (I see you have doctor recommendation but this is more for lurkers).

Never go for a blood test after working out to test for Iron
