I'm all for gaining as much as possible naturally... Same with losing BF%, and people always say not to cycle at high bf%"s but 15% isn't that high at all to me.. I think gaining mass is a great benefit for cutting later on.. So I personally wouldn't wait to cycle again at 8-10%...

I've found it easier to get my abs popping at greater weight rather than lighter..

Hope that makes sense..

I know I'm not fat I'm just being dramatic lol I think I'll run the Ep1c for a bottle and see how I like it and see where I'm at then and then I might think about starting a Test and low Tren cycle similar to yours now.

What a difference a day makes. Left work early yesterday, grabbed a good nap and chilled out. Slept great last night even though I did wake up twice drenched like never before. Went back to 60mg Tren this morning. That is where it will stay.

Started the new routine this morning. It's a lot of exercises, no super sets, and longer rest periods for the first 3 strength sessions. The next 3 of the same muscle groups are all super and tri sets.

Rest times 2 minutes

BB Squats x 6 sets (last 2 @ 255lbs. x 8, 6)

Single Leg Curls x 4 sets up to 60lbs. each side

Standing Calf Raises x 4 sets

SLDL x 3 sets up to 205

Leg Press x 3 sets 6, 8, 10 Plates

Seated Calf Press x 3 sets Heavy

Decline Sit Ups w/ 35lb. Plate x 4 sets

Lying Leg Curls x 4 sets

Hanging Leg Raises x 4 sets

Single Leg Ext. x 4 sets

12 minutes Incline jog
 
Can the night sweats be combatted by just keeping it really cold in the house and less blankets or is it going to happen regardless?
 
I think it's just going to happen. My house is cool. Ceiling fan blasting down on me. Wife had all the covers and I still dripped. The first time I woke up and sat up, droplets literally rolled down my back and shoulders. But I slept good so I don't care.

There is no cure... its inside of you ha... I had night sweats like crazy and I was keeping my house at 55deg in the dead of winter... it just sucks when you wake up, drenched in sweat, and are FREEZING on the way to the toilet

This is exactly it. The sweat is there, and it's cold from the fan being blown on it!! Means the machine is working at night. I like it. As long as I sleep that is.
 
Dma378 my TD Ep1c should get here tomorrow, should I shower before each application? Also, how long should I wait to workout after applying it and does anyone know when the blood levels peak on the TD?

Not sure about the blood levels. I guess that would be optimal, to shower before both applications to open up the pores. When I used 2 pumps per day I still only showered once and my morning application just went on without a shower. Either way. And I would workout about 30 minutes after application no problem.

Digging the routine here. Push/Pull antagonist strength session of Chest, Back and Traps. Definitely consumes a little more time. Even geeting there 10 minutes earlier, I had to push my rest times toward the end in order to get everything in.

Flat Bench Press:
135 x 15
185 x 10
225 x 9
245 x 5
255 x 5

Weighted Pull Ups +25lbs x 6, 6, 6, 6

DB Shrugs x 4 sets w/ 100's

Incline DB Press x 3 sets w/ 80's

Close Grip Pull Downs x 3 sets w/ 190

Snatch Grip High Pulls x 3 sets w/ 135

Pec Deck x 4 sets w/ 205

Seated Cable Rows x 4 sets w/ 150

Trap Bar Shrugs x 3 sets

Stiff Arm Pull Downs x 3 sets

DB Reverse Flys x 3 sets

Jump Rope / Push Ups / Speed Bag x 3 Rotations = 12 minutes (there was no end to the push ups. I think the first round I did about 60)

Rest day tomorrow (kind of), helping sister in law move.

This Tren is weird stuff, not a drop of sweat in my sleep last night, slept like a baby. But it all came out in the workout today.

I will have bowling ball shoulders eventually. Starting to come around. Thanks man!!

That's always been my goal as well... I have horribly small shoulders naturally and did myself no favors by neglecting them in my early days in college. Rear delts need friggin synthol to catch up ha

Thank goodness I know you're kidding. Yeah I have really been putting emphasis on side and rear lateral raises with strong mind/muscle connection. My genetics are losing this battle this time!!!

That's been my solution as well... destroy them with lateral and real delt raises, completely eliminate front delt raises and lower my ohp work since the front delts get hit on chest days too... basically my shoulder workouts consist of laterals until I can't move my arms and the rear delt destroyers and flys until I feel my triceps doing too much of the work.

It's just that I make mean faces when trying to take a picture. I really don't want to come off like that. But at the same time, I have a daughter about to enter Junior High, so maybe this is a good thing.
 
Nope pretty simple. If fresh outta the shower, just make sure you're dry, pump into hand and land it on your shoulder/chest area.

Have you experimented with any other application sites with the Ep1c? I saw someone said applying to the stomach could help with the leaning out effect there more.

Generally, you want areas with thin skin. The less fat, the better absorption. I would suggest traps, clavicle, inner arms, and inner legs as some of your best application areas.

I like my omelettes just like I do ice cream, lots of mix-ins lol. I drop chip nuts on em :)
I'm not really into ketchup on eggs, but ketchup chip nuts... damn!
