No problem, in just a week on Epi Plex, I can tell the difference. The ones I have tried I'd rank Epi Plex > Follidrone > Ep1c, though the new Ep1c looks really interesting, but taking Epi Plex with a cap of my bulk EGCG is really treating me right and the price is right to keep going on it. I have a gym in my building out behind my house and I left a pool of sweat this AM.

Agmatine is one of my fav supps ever. I buy bulk powder (I make my own pre) but having caps is nice throughout the day, if the price is right. Agmatine isn't cheap for a bulk "staple" ingredient, but it really is awesome stuff and worth it IMO.

Just signed up for the SNS newletter, waiting for an announcement on PA caps, hopefully will come in competitive with soy lecithin, getting tired of eating that stuff.
