Hey guys, just an update. I haven't been on here at all since that last post. Daughter is back to normal :)

GF was poorly until today so training starts again tomorrow. Thanks for your patience.

Well... I'm back!!

Everything is normal again at my household so the gym is also back to normal :)

1 scoop of FEROX, this hit me damn hard today after not taking it for a week!!! Loved it, focus was on point, pump was just crazy and energy was perfect!! I missed this stuff :)

Today was back/deadlift day.

My current program calls for a rep scheme of 5,3,1 today.

Deadlifts-

5 min dynamic stretching
Bar x10
135 x10
225 x10
315 x5

Working sets-
335x 5
380x 3
425x 1

Easy workout, no issues and everything moved nicely... Next up was accessory lifts.

Wide grip lat pulldowns-

150x failure (3 sets)
205x 5-6 (1 set)
265x 2-3 (1 set)

T-bar rows-

5x 45lb plates x failure (3 sets)
6x 45lb plates x 4-5 (2 sets)

1 arm Seated cable rows-

110x failure (each arm, 4 sets)

45 degree hypers-

135x 8-10 (2 sets)
225x 6-8 (2 sets)

Next week I might try 315 :)

1 scoop of FEROX again as usual, really needed it this morning as I was training at 4.30, normally I train at around 6.

The caffeine hit me about 5-6mins after drinking it, focus was good and pumps felt great. All round a good session.

Flat BB bench-

Again the program I'm doing called for 5/3/1 reps.

Warmup-

5min band stretching to warm up shoulders
Bar x10
110x 8
135x 10
150x 5

Working set-

182 x5
205 x3
225 X1

This was just stupidly easily, this program is weird though because even though all the lifts are easy I still add strength to my MAX's at the end.

Incline DB press-

DB's only go up to 75 here so had to just do nice controlled and slow/negative movements.

75x failure (4 sets)

Incline BB press-

This still aggravates my shoulder slightly so I keep it light and go for contraction/pump.

135x failure (4 sets)

Pec dec-

135x failure (4 sets)

Seated chest press (machine)-

110x failure, 3 sec down, explode up.
(4 sets)

And that's it for today, nothing exciting and quite a boring workout, don't like training chest... Least favourite body part.

Tomorrow is squats :)

Nice job in here! When I logged the OG Ferox I felt that it had an analgesic effect. I was able to push through the normally painful parts of my lifts.

It definatly allows me to push myself harder than normal... I went crazy a week or more ago doing side laterals and went past failure by pausing for a second or so and my God did I pay for it the next day :)
 
Incline hurts my shoulders too on some days. But I love hitting chest. Just not on Mondays because I dont want to fall into that stereotype LOL

When i lived up in the Northeastern US, we had what seemed like 8 months of Winter with lots of gray skies :)

Where I live yes its like 80 year round. But my Irish heritage makes sure that I don't stay out UN protected too long. But the rest of America has literally every kind of climate you could imagine.

I'm a pasty Asian girl. Lol, I bought the gradually tanning lotion but it ended up looking blotchy and orange!!! Lol, the struggle!! ??

Haha the worst thing for me is that my skin is actually quite dark and tans super easy... The irony is that we don't get enough sun for me to build an awesome tan

After only 5 mins of drinking this I'm already getting pumped up and the energy is on point.

Still following 5/3/1 but I missed last weeks workout so had to do 3 working sets of 3 reps this week.

Easy working sets.

Leg extensions-

135x 25 reps, 25 reps, 25 reps, 25 reps.... 100 total, I can assure you the pump was so damn painful haha

Lying ham curls-

110x 15,15,15,15 total of 60 reps

SLDL's-

135x 10 (3 sets)
225x 10 (2 sets)
315x 6-8 (3 sets)

Close stance leg press-

Full stack x failure

My legs were pumped like crazy after this workout. Energy, endurance, focus and pump were seriously on point today!

Took 1 scoop as per usual, got fired up and ready for my workout.

It was only an arm day but it was all out :)

Started out with biceps-

Standing alt curls-

35x failure (5 sets)

Standing hammer curls-

45x failure (3 sets)
55x failure (3 sets)

Seated partial curls using a bar-

75x failure (4 sets)

Lying cable curls-

110x failure (4 sets)

Then onto triceps-

CGBP-

135x failure (4 sets)
225x failure (2 sets)

Tate press-

40x failure (3 sets)

Decline SK's-

80x failure (4 sets)

Triceps cable pushdowns into underhand pull downs-

110x 10 (pushdowns) into 50x failure (underhand) 4 sets

Seated plate loaded dip machine-

45 + 25 each side x failure (20 something reps) 4 sets.

That's it for arm day, pump was off the charts!!! Energy was amazing, focus was on point, overall a great session.
 
Today was back day, no deadlifts today though as its a rest week for them before maxing possibly next week :)

1 scoop of FEROX, caffeine hit within minutes so i knew i was ready to go, was looking forward to the pump today..

Wide grip pullups-

BWx failure (15 reps) thought i could do more.. Clearly not lol.

Wide grip lat pulldowns-

170x failure (4 sets)

Plate loaded T-bar rows (machine)-

3x 45 plates (2 sets) x failure. (12-15reps)
4x 45 plates (1 set) x failure (8 reps)
5x 45 plates (1 set) x failure (5 reps)... This felt HEAVY!!

Smith machine rows, love these because they force great form and give an UNHOLY PUMP!!-

1x 45 plate each side x failure (2 sets)
45lb + 35lb plate each side x failure... Drop into
45lb plate x failure drop into
45lb bar (no plates) x failure.

This was an incredible drop set and i can feel my back getting tight now, I trained over 12 hours ago lol.

DB Rows-

100x failure (3 sets)

Low rope pulls (pull to waist)-

135x failure (4 sets)

Wide grip negative lat pulldowns-

110x failure (3 sets)

And that concludes back day.. Was great and the pump was amazing, energy was fantastic and focus was also great.

Good workout overall.

Those are strong t bar rows. Hey man compared to other pre workouts that you have used how has the amount of stimulants in this effected your ability to get a pump I know some that I have used have given great energy and endurance but the pump was lacking and others have done the opposite great pump but energy was lacking.

I find this gives me just crazy insane pumps! I felt a pump in my last the other day like I've honestly never felt before... I could feel myself getting wider lol.

Nothing crazy today, quite mellow really.
1 scoop of FEROX as usual, energy hit me very quickly.. Within 5mins, I could feel my focus level rising straight away too. Crazy how fast this stuff kicks in.

180x failure, drop into 135x failure drop into 90x failure. (3 sets)

My chest was on FIRE!!! And the pump was already just insane!

Flat DB press-

75x failure (2 sets)
90x failure (3 sets)

Flat DB fly’s-

27.5x failure, pause at the bottom of each rep (3 sets)

Incline DB fly’s-

27.5x failure, pause at bottom of each rep

Seated chest press (machine)-

155x failure (2 sets)
155x failure, drop into 110x failure, drop into 65x failure.

And that’s it for chest.. Overall a great session and the pump was amazing!
 
So today was Legs... The beast day!

Still running Wendell 5/3/1 so today was time for that rep scheme for legs.

1 scoop of FEROX, energy was up, getting focussed and pumped up for the killer session!

5mins of stretching with band and dynamic movements.

Between each set I was doing BW raises just to force some extra good in theree

Close stance leg press-

Full stack x failure (focussing on outer quad development)

So thats it for leg day... Crazy pumps as always and FEROX kept me focussed throughout.

Well today is the day... My birthday :)

25years ago I was born on this very day.

I decided to have a tattoo later on today which I'm looking forward too, but first I needed a birthday workout!

Today was back and arms.

My lower back is super sore at the moment, not sure why.. So I avoided exercises that put excess strain on it.

Back-

Close grip pulldowns- 170x failure (4 sets) all controlled and negatives.

Wide grip pulldowns- 170x failure (4 sets)

Seated cable rows (wide bar)- 135x failure, negatives (4 sets)

Seated rows (plate loaded)- 45+25 plate each side x failure (negatives) (4 sets)

BB rows- went light. 135x failure (4 sets)

Arms-

Fat bar preacher curls- 45x failure (4 sets) harder than it sounds!!!

Hammer grip curls (bar)- 25lb each side x failure (4 sets)

DB hammer curls- 45x failure each hand (4 sets)

Standing alt DB curls- 25lb each hand x failure (4 sets)

CGBP-

135x failure (15+ reps) 4sets

Plate loaded tricep dip station- 55 each side x failure, using all negatives (4 sets)

Tricep pushdowns into underhand pulldowns- 135x failure into 70x failure (4 sets)

Skull crushers- 75x failure (4 sets)
