For PCT you need a serm (Clomid, Torem, Nolva), I'd also recommend a test booster when you come off.

What is confusing me is how long after i end my cycle should i start the serm ? I didn't want to start it to early or to late . Also iam getting mixed signals frm people about nolva and clomid . If i dont get shutdown do i even need a serm ?

You definitely need a serm. PM me and after my final about 1:30 Central I will tell you where to get one. Shipping is $25, but quality is unmatched.

Also, 250g of taurine seems really high...

A-HD isn't a PCT at all... Its crap. It will not work. Alpha 20 is Methyl 1-Alpha.. Which converts to M1T. Which means its strong... GET A SERM.

Since no one else answered you... Start your serm as soon as the cycle ends. No reason to wait with these compounds as there's no ester to clear like IM.

Unless you have bloods to prove it, you most likely are suppressed and will want a serm. Obviously it can be possible to recover without one but in the time it takes to recover naturally your body will have to attempt to keep new, immature muscle with no hormones aka it's not going to happen. You'll lose everything you built, possibly even more as you'll be below normal hormone levels, and you'll feel like ass.

That's exactly wat i was thinking . I been doin ds ph for about 7 yrs never had a serm and always felt like **** and lost it all .i went from 26 inch biceps to 17 in 5 weeks wat a **** up . Now iam at 18 and goin for 26 again .

Running SERM after your cycle is the best thing you can do for your body. Glad to see you're covering all the bases this time.

I decided to join this site cuz i noticed how super helpful everyone is. Its amazing how you guys can save us new guys from death or worse . Everyone keeps saying armidex but since the a1m doesn't aromatize i dont think ill need it . And nolva for pct .the hi dose of taurine does help the back pumps . Ill b waking thru walmart like iam on a cloud

i think you're measurements are a bit off there man ha... 26" I highly doubt. Doesn't matter tho. Bigger is better anyways

That said, going from 18 to 26 (or even 23 for that matter) on ANY cycle that's not years long is either:
a) going to be mostly water and glycogen (from say a wet ccompound like dbol) and WILL go away (at least some of it) when you cycle off and your body can no longer hold supraphysiological levels of glycogen
or b) a ton of fat and not actually muscle

Building real lean muscle takes time and adding more than an inch to a tiny muscle like a bicep will take tons of it. You've gotta be realistic with your on and off cycle expectations.

True ... eat big to get big ... i like to do alot of red meat . Seafood Too. I dont believe in overtraining either . Eat b4 the work out and after sleep a solid 10hrs then eat again .i got a killer intra workout mix ill pm ya if ya want it.

How high are your carbs? Protein is great but you really need to up the carbs to ensure you're using the protein and not just burning most of it up.

Damn, thats a ton of protein. Probably unnecessary, but it wont hurt. If you're looking for additional gains tho, add more carbs. I know theres guys on here eating 600g+ just to get moderate gains. If you truly want to spare as much protein as possible, pound all the carbs you can stomach. the more the better. As for sources, if you want "cleaner" stick to potatoes (sweet, white, whatever you like), oats, grits/cream of wheat/rice, whole grain breads and cereals, bran, etc. The typical bro-foods. If you're just in it for the gains tho, dont be afraid to pound some carbs iifym style and add in a couple scoops of ice cream or pop tarts ha. On a massive bulk, I would just do whatever you have to to meet your calorie goal. Eat clean when you can, eat dirty when you must, but at the end of the day - just EAT

I would be making sure you get at least (probably more like 1.5-2:1) 1:1 c: p for every meal too as the carbs will ensure the protein is used for muscle building. and ensure that you're getting plenty of fats too to support your hormones and other normal functions.

as far as protein types, if you're eating that often and that much throughout the day it doesn't even matter.... you're never going to need fast or slow or whatever since your body will probably never even fully digest the meal before (let alone use all of the nutrients) before the next meal. Go cheap, and stick with real food as much as you can. It has so much more in the way of nutrients that just dont exist in processed powders.

i would be crushing 100g+ post. PWO is the time when your body is MOST adapted to shuttle those carbs directly to muscles to refill glycogen. If I had one meal to put an entire days worth of carbs in it would be PWO without question. least chance of fat gain, maximize muscle recovery

I used to do 1.5 cups brown rice and a half pound chicken breast but i kept getting acid reflux bad so i chopped up pwo meal into 2 diff meals instead of one huge one a shake then the rice and chicken 3 hrs later . Absolutely killed the workout today no questions . No back pumps no lethargy . But onee odd thing ive noticed is upon bumping my a1m up to 3 20mgs a day im getting sweaty for no reason and slight agitation at nothing at all is that normal ? Back when mmv2 was out i had same symptoms wondering if they are on the same structure or similar chems.

I would add some carbs to your shake. Like a ton ha. No reason to skip them. Eating 3hrs is enough time to digest them and that gap is not ideal since you'll lose the extra insulin sensitivity after that big shake. That next meal will not have the same effect for the carbs as it would if you ate those with the shake.

Add some oats or something easy to your shake if you want

Not enough to fully cook it just a nice warm mush i found that to help prwo and powo i never added oats to the shake but ill give it a shot sounds like a win win . Any certain brands or cut ?

Not steel cut ha. They're like rock hard. Just normal cheap instant oats as much as you can stomach. If you're doing it at home, just make a nice big bowl of them and throw the powder in that

I don't have a number in mind as I've added a lot of muscle over the last year. Just mirror judgement.

Bison is retardedly expensive for me tho or I would be all over that. I'm keeping cardio to a min right now and working mostly with diet tweaks. After things stall and this osta pct is done I'll start adding cardio and such

Haha really got into the details about 4yrs ago. First legit diet I tried and stuck to and first time I saw my abs I was hooked. It's been a lot of reading and self experimentation since then ha.

It's amazing how some people can do what you did and just get lucky while others can plan for years and end up with gyno and deca dik their first cycle ha.
