Day 2 I feel my inside is burning up.
My first time using Alphamine and i already love the energy.
Not sure as yet if to run it for 8weeks with Alpha max.

Lol 8weeks deffinately.
1scoop at 7am another at 12 and last scoop at 4:30pm
flavor is fruit punch

The most immedeaite effect you should notice from AlphaMax is better sleep. That is due to the ZMA and L-Dopa. Try to take it pre bed on an empty stomach or somewhat empty stomach. About week 2, you should notice the drying effects from the Arimistane, depending on how lean you are. Vascularity should be more noticeable too. Libido should also increase around the two week mark. Keep us updated!

i would personally do two doses
1 upon waking and the other 6-8 hours later use the 2 scoop dose as your pre-workout
works like a charm

Already ran it for 8weeks and had great results .
Took almost 3weeks off and running it again only this time with alphamine and YES the sleep was great and LIBIDO was amazing.
