So I can stack this with any fat burner but make sure it doesn't have bitter orange ? And what else ? What about pres containing this ? I just got novate from app but and it has bitter orange in it.

Dude the Reps are recommending that you don't combine it with products containing synephrine. This doesn't mean you can't, just be prudent with how you approach it and start with a single cap with a lower dose of your PWO and assess from there.

Don't know if anyone's mentioned it but there's pretty much insider pricing on the Blondiedoodle 8lb stack from bb. Just received my order. Good 'ol Lasership — doorbells, not even once.

We actually have no definitive plans for the next one. We are working on a few things but don't know for sure which will be finished first.

Once we know we will keep you updated. :)
 
Would shift be better stacked with just caffeine ? Or can I stack with l-carnitine as well ?

Depends on what you are looking for. Need stimulation? Stack with caffeine (or a stim of choice, other than something containing synephrine). Want other potential benefits? Stack with LCLT/ALCAR. Etc.

What exactly are you looking for benefit wise to be added to Shift?

Honestly I don't feel you'll need anything to particularly amp up those benefits of shift. I'd try it solo for that first only adding stims if you need the energy to start.

4 bottles of shift getting deliverd Monday! Hoping this will help me drop 18lbs! 190 and shredded this summer is the goal.
 
New Shift worth trying? Was not enthused by the old one at all. But PES has my utmost trust now (from results I've seen from Alpha NorCo and Amino IV) in conjunction w/ my diet/training.

Original shift was more of a single action product while the new one benefits fat loss through several methods. I do know more in depth information should be coming on the actions of the ingredients soon (if the current one isn't sciency enough for ya ;)).

Honestly if you've ever used Forskolin-95, Olive leaf extract, and Rhodiola you'd probably be happy with Shift for the price. The other ingredients should only add on top of that and feedback should be interesting once it starts rolling in.

I personally would be interested in your feedback, and anyone else who had experiences with the previous shift, especially of you hadn't enjoyed the previous incarnation.

Certainly worth trying. The Forskolin content alone makes it worth it especially at the insider price right now.

If you haven't, I would read the write up on Shift.

The write ups are complete crap IMHO. I do value the feedback of folks on this website though. (Even PES reps I feel give an honest opinion, albeit biased). Shoot. I'm biased too!
 
Regarding the shift + caffeine, is 320 mgs of caffeine the limit for the entire day or can additional caffeine be added 6-8 hours after dosing shift?

How so? Just curious what you think would make them better since they are very detailed showing studies/data/results of each compound.

They show results of each compound. But let's be honest: proprietary blends are not as conclusive as each individual ingredient would be separately.

Now don't get me wrong: I'm about I order 4-8 bottles of Shift BUT I'm burnt out on reading all of these "studies" that make each new product seem like it's a ground breaking discovery.

Maybe some of the nutra planet reviews rubbed me the wrong way.

I go by what you guys say on here much more so than write ups. But I'm a dumb ass. FWIW.

You're too hard on yourself! The write ups aren't claiming that these compounds have never been used anywhere before, but many times we use them to highlight ingredients that are novel to supplements. It's also a way to explain why ingredients have been included rather than just telling the customers to blindly trust a company. Thanks to forums like AM, supplement users are a lot more educated these days and want to know what the justification is behind combining ingredients together rather than just throwing a bunch of random ingredients together. A lot of research goes into the creation of PES products and the write ups reflect that.

I would like to see more non-prop blends from PES.
Not trying to criticize the company, but that has been a factor in buying some stuff in the past.
