Not feeling to well at all. I feel my throat closing and ears starting to itch. Normally for me this becomes hell with massive sinius infection. I haven't went to doc yet bc i'm going Friday already. I just feel tired and yet still forced myself to hit up back day with the bros.

Went to the doctors Tuesday and got shots and meds. The cough medicine has phenagrin my goodness lights out. Anyway sinus infection from hell. Been out of it last few days. Going to try and man up today and hit gym. Hope everyone's doing ok.

Finally made it into gym today. Also went to a weight loss doctor. Did bmi and everything. Got me on the lipo shots with the amino's and stuff that helps to break up the hard fat and help burn it. Along with adipex. We hit up chest tonight. Was worried I'd be horrible with so many days out. Feeling better but still slight nose issues.

Chest:

incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 6, 275 lbs x 4

flat db bench: 70 lbs x 10, 100 lbs x 8, 110 lbs x 6

cable flyes: 60 lbs x 10, 50 lbs x 10, x 10

peck deck: 150 lbs x 10,10,10,10

10 minutes sauna.
 
Lipo shots? I haven't heard of those.

And of course, strong pressing.

It's a combo shot of amino's b12's and minerals. It has something that helps break up the hard fat to burn.
 
Hit up gym today with lil bro. We did arms and sauna. Felt good. Been tired bc 9 yr old had two soccer games yesterday morning, then the oldest had his travel baseball team torney all day as well. This adipex is crazy. I feel good but can't sleep and this on only half pill. There tiny as hell but pack one hell of an appetite suppresant punch.

Hit up track outside today with co worker. We did 5 laps 1.25 miles. Back day after work. So far 5 slices of bacon this morning. Water all day lunch had 3 pieces of beef jerkey. Afternoon snack will be can of tuna. Then supper mushroom chicken thighs and green beans. I have to force myself to eat. This stuff really takes your appetite away.

Lol wasme yes I did. I'm doing the same high protein bc well I'm a meat eater. But i'm cutting carbs down a bit and adding lil more fat to the diet. I don't eat fried stuff, so the bacon is only thing I ever fry. Today as said earlier hit up track for 1.25 mile walk. Hit up shoulder's today instead of back. Felt good with unexpected energy. The adipex is def working in terms of crazy energy and cutting my hunger.

I smiled and was like yuep that's what my home scale said too lol. down from 250 to 239. Goal is lowest 185 to highest 190 195

Hahahaha Thanks my two Angels!!! It's tough but i'm trying super hard. This weekend was so crazy. We played in a 19 team softball tournament. Went 3 and 1. Got home from it at 3:30 am. Turned around few hours later to be right back in same area for son's baseball tournament. No rest lol. Tomorrow going to movies then hopefully later night cardio and sauna. I am going to have to ease into it. I pulled my upper left groin Friday night and sob is painful.
 
Hit up late gym with oldest son. Wife went to her moms with babies so we made use of that time lol .

That's great! I asked my son if he was going to workout with me when he got older...he said as long as it's not real hard! I just laughed and said oh, we work hard but it's fun!

He's 13 5'3 right now. He just hit a growth spurt towards end of last yr and hasn't stopped 159 lbs He did really good but he's stronger on legs.
 
Hit up gym for biceps and lil bit of cardio. DId 1 mile already at lunch. Plus sauna after lifint. Felt good. I didn't feel pain doing the 45's.
