New Version Of Erase Pro

I'm cutting down now to my maintenance weight level after bulking up over the winter. I'm sitting around 17% body fat. Im nearly 8 weeks out from a trip down south that I wanted to be down around that maintenance weight for. I've got my supplement stack all figured out but I was wondering about the new erase pro and whether I should use that for these 8 weeks before my trip or should I hold off until I'm leaner again, say for comoetition prep. That being said, I'm planning on running it for competition prep anyways whether I use it now or not, but was wondering if I should just not bother with it now and save it for later on. From what I understand, the new EP should actually help with long term fat loss compared to the last version which was great at drying you out ince already lean, but wasn't necessarily actually aiding fat loss. Is ~17% too high to see any effects of the EP?

Now I'm no scientist - but I'd think @ higher bodyfat it would work better. Higher Bf tends to equate into more estrogen - although probably not much. But I would imagine EP doing a better job while you've got more to lose.

Catch 22 situation: works the same but if you use it with high bf %, you'll need to also dial on the diet, or if you do it at low bf %, it'll work but not be as noticeable. Really up to you.

First question, what other supplementation will you be using?

Thanks for the code! I already have it sitting on my shelf though.

Diet is on point as is my training. I was sort of thinking this might be the case though.

First question, what other supplementation will you be using?

Norcodrene, target A2, forskolin 95, Amentomax, high volume, Ergonine and potentially the EP we're discussing. Also using dopadex and chlorotest stacked before bed. This stack is amazing for sleep! I'm not really sure if the chlorotest is worth it during dieting or not but I figured that it could help with the retention of lean mass during a caloric deficit. Plus the sleep I get when using this stack is amazing and better sleep = aided fat loss.

Like Synapsin said, you could throw in Erase Pro now or when you're at a lower bf%.

Personally I would wait to run it until a lower bf% was reached. Or do two runs, one now, one later, and compare how they worked being in different situations.

First off, awesome PES stack. :D

Given the various products you have that are attacking fat loss currently, it may be hard to gauge the effects of Erase Pro. Like kbayne said, it maybe advantageous for you (long term knowledge) to see how you like Erase Pro at a higher body fat % versus a lower one.

Based on your current combo it isn't needed, but it would only help, not detract. Especially considering it would hit fat loss via PPAR, which isn't being exploited by your other products and the B.Diffusa's adaptogenic benefits really shine in keeping things moving along nicely in training despite a caloric deficit.

I think I'm leaning towards running it both now and once again once I'm leaner. I love seeing how my body responds to different things at varying levels of body comp. It will be good for reference in the future.

Yeah, this is how I'm leaning at the moment.

That was my thinking. It attacks my goal from a different angle than the rest of the stack.

I just finished an 8 week run of Erase Pro and Norcodrene. I'm sitting around 19-19% BF right now after my last bulk got away on me. The E-Pro did help with the training aspect and retaining muscle while I cut. Honestly, with the stack you have already, I think you could take it now or save it for competition prep and be fine either way. I'm sure Driven2lift will chime in soon, he's a helpful guy and knows PES better than most.

^ thank you brother.

I have a big review thread up here somewhere on new new Epro...

It was initially getting a lot of hate because arimistane was dropped.

Water weight loss is not as instant with new Epro, but honestly who cares the second you stop running it, it comes back.
New Epro over 8 weeks helped a lot with stubborn fat at the end of my cut, leanest I ever got in a cut.

The fat loss stays.

You want temp. Water loss use a diuretic. EPro is for pros ;)

If it's feasible, I would certainly recommend you try Erase Pro at a higher bf% and then again when you're at a lower bf%.

Like you said, it's always good to see how the body responds to certain supplements at various body composition levels.

At this bf% I'm not concerned about water weight at all...that was the big reason I wanted to see how the new EP worked at a higher bf% when dieting.

Yep exactly.. I'm my own guinea pig haha.

Well that settles it......

Erase Pro commences next week! Thanks for the help everyone!

Might just have to log this stack too.....keep an eye out for a massive PEScience/Analyzed/Athletix cutting log in the next week or two.

Sounds like plan! If you get a log started, post a link in here so we can be sure to follow.

Will do. I will log the 8 week run starting next week but it might take me a couple weeks to get the first post up. I have a crazy busy couple of weeks ahead of me but will make sure to keep notes so I can post how the first couple weeks went once I do get the log up.

No rush at all bud. Any feedback when you get the chance would be great.

EP not only aids with b-oxidation (synergistic with norcodrene, which promotes lipolysis, so it's a 1-2 punch), but it also has glucose control/GDA effects plus cortisol optimizing properties from B. diffusa. Would make for an excellent cutting adjunct

Does Alphamine work just as well or would Norco provide more benefits with EP? Thx

Both would work as both stimulate lipolysis. If you want to spare more muscle and get a stronger hit of energy, go with alphamine. For faster fat loss and improved mood/appetite suppression, I'd go with norcodrene.

I've heard the new EP should really been run for 8 weeks, that most benefits appear in the later weeks.

I realize most natty type products are like this but is it more true with this newer EP?

I do have 2 bottles & plan on trying 8 weeks later this summer. Thx

Norcodrene's mood boosting effect is great. I remember feeling the same way with OG Detonate....only that was the meth talking ;)

Here's that log I promised a while back lol.

Man oh man I have been buried lately but I've been running this stack for 30 days now and have seen definite improvements over the 30 days previous to starting when I was dieting.

Follow along for the last 30 days!

I can't post links yet so look for "Ultimate PES Shred Stack" under the Supplement Logs section.

Thanks for the heads up. Look forward to following the rest of your run.

I am pretty sure it also have an antiinflamatory aspect to it, let see what mr cooper has to say about it.
