Like the title says I'm 13 days out from my first bodybuilding competition. Did a physique show in 2013 but had a horrible coach and didn't know what I was doing haha my stats are 22 yo, 6'1", current morning weight 190, stage weight 185 (light heavyweight), between 4-5%. Upper body has leaned out great but my legs are being stubborn. They're coming around but still need touching up. Low carbs starts tomorrow for a few days then it's slow increase till show day.
