Target A2 question

and one more question would be then.... why the companies put y hci in supplements that are supposed to cut you then?

ops thanks for the info... i was not aware about this so virtually if you keep using alpha t2 you keep holding water? i am asking this since i am using it since 2 months :) thanks for the info tho

That's my question for the thread, I'm curious if the alpha-y has the same effect as the y-hcl. I know y-hcl causes water retention, but i'm not sure if its the same for alpha-yohimbine, which is what is used in target-A2 and alpha-t2. i figured someone would know

good, that just became my question as well, please PES and AN guys could provide an answer?

well y-hcl works very well for fat loss, it helps push blood into stubborn areas and mobilize fat so it can be burned. The side effect is some water retention, but its helping you lose fat. and it raises your body temperature so you sweat more, which is also a great benefit while cutting.

that is well known :) thanks but as you said if eventually it will give you water retention then.................... lets wait for the experts...

Yohimbine acts as a fat burner because it is an alpha 2 adrenergic receptor antagonist. While it may be highly selective for alpha 2 adrenergic receptors, it is still a weak alpha 1 adrenergic receptor antagonist. Alpha 1 adrenergic receptor antagonists lead to a retention of water weight because renal vascular resistance is reduced. Yohimbine still works in spite of this, and that is why the water weight is gone after you stop taking the yohimbine. The same thing happens with alpha Y. Think of it this way: when you take it, you might get some water weight, but you will still lose body fat, and once you stop taking it, the water weight (which is highly individual) will go as well.

thanks for the response, clear even if it makes me think that is like a knife with two blades lol

No problem. The important thing to remember is that once its all said and done, you will likely have a lower body fat % if you take it properly, eat properly, and train properly, etc.

sure but then i wonder.... i will look ripped? probably "not that much" cause my fat will be gone but i could hold water........ so might be better not to use it lol and use a fat burner which does not have y hci?

Any water you may be holding as a result of TA2 supplementation will be gone in a few days after you discontinue use.

You will look your best after you stop.

Not everybody does, I don't. You won't really know unless you use it, but I very rarely hear people say they retained much water weight.

Took my 2x Norco, 1x AT2, 1x TA2, 2x f95 and did cardio with a mild fever this morning. Reaching my THR has never been so easy

Thanks All For the explanation:) I'm on those supps right now but don't wanna take everything now I'd like to wait at least 1 or 3 weeks before starting cutting :) I'll then tune the dose based on how I'll feel.

Yohimbine... is still a weak alpha 1 adrenergic receptor antagonist. Alpha 1 adrenergic receptor antagonists lead to a retention of water weight because renal vascular resistance is reduced.

Proof that you're never too old to learn. Thanks for this detailed info.

Wow I have learned alot!!!!!!!!!! Thanks all!!! Im pretty well a blob of fat after my last test but hope to be decent soon hahaha. Im coming down in % but several years of cheap beer and fried foods made me an x-champion!!!

keep it up mate, my respect to you :D

You seem like you'd know the answer to this better than anyone haha. Do you think I'll notice the same type of water retention on target-a2 as I do on y-hcl? I always feel like i'm holding some water while i'm taking y-hcl, I was just wondering if it'll be a similar side effect with the alpha-y
Sorry I couldn't get to this sooner. was sick thanks to my lovely germ infested children. Looks this got answered for you already.

Thanks for chiming in Synapsin

Ok so update time. I have been doing a morning workout fasted and it has made no difference in how I feel. I do get a numbing feeling but get that either way. So now I take 2 in the morning and a roxy lean later and that does the trick. Even adding coffee didn't help much. I guess my tolerance is high!!!

You do realize that side effects doesn't mean something works right?

One of the main purposes of target is that the user has less likelihood of experiencing side effects compared to traditional yohimbine.

This is often a common misunderstanding with supplement users and why so many pre workouts on thpe market are just random stim thrown together, so the customer "feels" something and then thinks it works.

I do agree 110%

I'm experiencing it on myself, it does not make me feel anxious or raising up my heart rate but it's working, the mirrors is my witness:)

Yeah the sides from a-yohimbine are not as noticeable as the sides from y-hcl, i've noticed this a lot in the past few days with switching over to Target-A2. I still sweat like a beast during my cardio sessions though, but I don't feel all anxious and stimmed out. Its a much cleaner feeling

Just make sure you are taking it fasted and are active afterwards and you should see some level of increased fat oxidation.

To maximize it check out my thread in the analyzed forum
