Will be using 1 pump 3 x day. (Morning/Afternoon/Evening)

Training will remain the same:

4-5 x week with some random Rest days

Typical Bodybuilding split: Chest & Tris/ Back & Traps/ Legs & Shoulders / Rest

I never really do that much cardio -- maybe 1 x week

It will likely have more of a....medication type name.
I have some ideas but I dont want to spoil the surprise.

Just my own spin on the bottle :D It reminded me of a silver bullet when I opened it up from the mail.

No offense but Silver Bullet is much cooler than medication lol I'm sure yours will have something special since you don't want to "spoil the surprise" ;-)

Got all 3 applications yesterday. I'm thinking updates on Day 7,14,21, and 28.

Should be able to get pics up this weekend. Also looking to get a BF% test done --- Just looking at options right now.

What kind of BF% done? I want to get one done because I know the "calculators" are incorrect.

According to the Army, I am borderline over weight when I'm roughly 10-12% right now.
 
I'd love to do a Hydrostatic (underwater) test. There are actually bodyfat testing mobile trucks here in the DFW area. Going to investigate it today. I think it runs around $50.

Nice. How much does Hydrostatic cost?
 
I think the first test is around $50-60 , but the follow-up test is about $40. I'm just worried if I took the first test that I wouldn't be able to locate the truck again, or it wouldn't be convenient to go for the follow-up based on distance.

NOTES: (Day 4)

Started getting a headache at work yesterday (I never get them) and then remembered that I hadn't been drinking water. A couple glasses of water & the headache was gone --- Stay hydrated guys. ( brundel wasn't kidding :) )

One of our testers says drier than formeron. Which is saying something.
