Side Laterals, OHP, and Seated DB Press....you don't say??

Thanks for the innovative article.

I feel cheated....

well technically side laterals do train front and rear delts too. Actually side laterals activate whole delt.. You could build boulder shoulders with side laterals only.. anyways. You are right.. side laterals dont just isolate front and rear delt.. as it activates front, mid, rear.
You can use leg extension machine for hamstrings ;) just need to be innovative. Most leg extensions allow doing standing leg curl.

Side laterals do not train front or rear delts , if done right the tension is put on the medial delt, bending forward to far will train the posterior delt and if you stand to upright and allowing the scapula to rotate to much(''lifting the shoulder up''.) you wil work traps.. and did i say leg curl or leg ext.?

learn some physiology/anatomy. side laterals activate front and rear delt too. Its how m. deltoideus works. they're assisting. medial part is main muscle working but front+rear also activate and help on abduction. No matter what position you do. They always activate along side with medial deltoideus on side laterals.
Its same as if you think you can only activate one muscle of quads. By changing angle and foot placement you might be able to stress more some spesific muscle but still whole quad works. same with biceps. you can stress short or long head more but still whole biceps brachii activates.
Same is with delt on side laterals.

Also you mentioned "whats next? leg extensions for hamstrings?" and i just added to that that you can do hamstrings on leg extension machine. was being sarcrastic but you arent the smartest one D:

i did not say whats next a leg ext machine for hamstrings.. i sure hope that english is your second language and that you do not give advice to any man, child or woman, the shoulder muscles are nothing like quads or biceps.. they perform a variety of movements were as quads and biceps perform more specific movements
